Tried to open the app - put in my user name and password, but it wouldn't let me sign in (grayed out, not an option.) So I clicked on setting up new account, and then got the message "Error - account already exists." Then the page froze entirely and I had to force my phone to shut down. What gives?!

Healthy Benefits App is not working. I clicked on OTC and Healthy and it does nothing. Sometimes it will just sit there and circle and circle…. I have tried deleting the App completely and then installing the Healthy Benefits again but it continues to do the same thing. Please help me.
They canceled my card by mistake they said they were issuing me a new card but it would take 10 to 20 days where I need to use my food allowance now they gave me the card number and the code I don't know how to key it in so I can get my products please help me
