Continous problems!! Its extremely slow!! Then says "My total exceeds your available credit. Please add a secondary payment method." My order totaled $53.74. And I had $254.00 balance on my Ucard!! Who do I talk to? The whole site is screwed up!!!

Continuous problem…unable to access transaction history.

I wanted to purchase Tylenol 8-hr arthritis pain formulation 100 caplets for $16.99. My account showed that I have over $100 on my HB card. The store is on the approved list and the item is listed as an OK for purchase. The purchase was denied. I'm tired of the hassle I get with trying to use this card.

It shows my benefit amount is 301.00, however when I try to place an order it says I don't have enough credit.
