I had a very bad experience using Jupay. I call customer service and the money will take 24- 72 hours to be refunded even though the transaction is not going through.

They’re the worst, they make mistakes and don’t own up. I called to get a resolution and they lied making me look like I caused the issue. Recipient on another issue didn’t receive money after multiple complaints even after submitting documents to them. Money still not delivered and I’ve decided to move on. Never will I recommend them especially if they can’t be trusted. Stay away!!!!

I sent money through Jupay, and is almost 24 hours,,,, is still showing pending and no customer service representative has contact me or answer the phone when I even call,,,, is a boring n so terrible app,,, I regret using it

This company is very intrusive in asking you to empty your intestines for them to see before you can complete a setup process in creating an account. They use Plaid to access your entire bank account and records - Common!!! For goodness sake!! Just to create account to send money to someone in need??? My PhD program didn’t ask for that much nor my basic bank account.

Jupay can not open on my phone. Are there any issues going on?

This transfer service is not user-friendly at all, in fact, I just was speaking with a customer service representative, who, without saying anything to me at all, put me on hold, and it’s now been 15 minutes, I registered a card, and they never held it, and they have messed up every transfer. I’ve try to use their service, but I don’t think they really even want customers, so I would give it a two on the scale of 1 to 10.

I absolutely love that you populate the name field automatically based on the phone number provided. It eliminates issues I have had in the past with other services because of a misspelled name or wrong number. I love the speed and rates as well! We would love to put you out there!

My account has been flagged and can’t even reach anyone at customer services to straighten up for me till now.

This is the best platform for money transfer. Better rates and quick transactions. The phone number of the recipient always matches the name before transaction. Keep the good job done.

Jupay is good but pls change the location of the sing out bottom . I just downloaded it so I guess I will use it and give another review. But in total I liked the onboarding.

This is a wonderful Ghanaian company with such excellent customer service. The transactions are instant and they contact you if there are any issues and then solve it for you. I absolutely love using this app

I like the fact that they call and also understand you .. other these apps act like Jupay aint managed by humans
