That obviously doesn't communicate that you're a trusted custodian of my profile on your platform.

It got a glitch that made me put my money twice. And when i needed to do a reversal on one of the transactions, i was told it will make me pay 30$ reversal. Then i was asked to just wait for the deposit transaction to be completed, which took ages. And now request a withdrawal, which also takes ages. This thing has really been a bad experience. Its sad.

Do not give these people your money. The moment you give these people access to your account they will drain it without your permission. Even if you contact them, regardless of how many times or when, they appear to always be busy when it comes to customer service. Yet, they’re not too busy to use my money.
Don’t fall for their scams, and I’m disappointed that popular Muslims have endorsed this company. One more thing, but if this lack of response continues in regards to MY money, I will get lawyers involved.

The creators of Wahed evaluated Google, Apple, Facebook, AMD and TSMC as Halal companies?

That’s very interesting, how are you guys considering them as halal to invest in when it’s publicly known what they do, additionally they are primary actors in interest based financial decisions?

Falsely leading people who are looking for halal investment for you to profit off of is quite…intriguing.

Your app provides no information as to where and when trades are being made. I lost $300 basically overnight with no clue as to where it went. I click in to look at details and it takes me no where. It takes 2 weeks to withdraw my money and then you guys charge me a 30 charge back fee after canceling the reoccurring payments. You guys are doing something fictitious and near fraudulent. I shout be able to see where my investments are going.

They have held on to my money for almost a month now they won’t let me withdraw every time I try to take my money out they find a new reason when it comes to depositing it’s no problem but when it’s time to withdraw they find reasons to not give you your money by the way it’s no way of calling them they dont answer

Do NOT use Wahed. I submitted a deposit request and it got accepted multiple times, over drafting my bank account. It’s been 2 weeks of me trying to get a response or withdrawal done, and after leaving multiple voicemails everyday, emailing them twice, and my account not even being active, I’m not even able to close my account with them. Please withdraw all my money, and close my account!

I’ve been trying to withdraw money now for 2 consecutive weeks & everytime my transaction gets rejected
After calling customer service they keep saying we found a suspicious activity & we’ll prioritize your request, I’ve done for 5 times already & no luck
Also tried to ask for a supervisor & the customer setvice keep saying he’ll call you back & no luck
I’m just afraid this is a scam & I lost my money!

Wahed has a lot of potential but unfortunately has way too many glitches and technical issues. I opened up my first investment account. Just the process of opening it was an issue. It took so long because Wahed didn’t accept my identification. Once that account was setup I thought it was going well, so I decided to open up a second account. So many issues that I can’t even add funds to my account. I shouldnt have to delete, reinstall Wahed , my bank account, etc repeatedly. It’s very frustrating.

I was really looking forward to using the this app Halal 401k app, but I’ve run into some issues that made the process frustrating. During registration, I had trouble uploading files for verification—it only allows you to submit one picture at a time, and I couldn’t get past the verification step.

I think Wahed has a lot of potential, but these bugs make it difficult to get started. I hope the team can address these issues soon because I’d love to use this service once everything is running smoothly!

Mashallah I’m trying to learn invest $100 a month Wahed withdraws few hundred dollars a month I’m not rich allhamdulillah what ever I have all praise is to allah but it is so hard for me to withdraw multiple times a month please do once a month only 😩😩😩😩. Who ever read my review only for new ones who wants to open a account with this app investment . My experience I assume that never ever try to move a date that you selected ones to withdraw the funds from your account you did once it doesn’t fit your schedule you want to change it it will withdraw every date that you select it.😔😔

Since it became an app only and no website, customers’ options became so limited. The support team is extremely inefficient. I have had an issue because of a recurring deposit since Jan 11 until now not resolved. Each email from this app support has incomplete and incorrect information. A complete disrespect of customer’s time.

An app handling such important content should have a website to back investors. There are times when I can’t login for days because of app crashing and giving a “Something Went Wrong” error. How is it possible that there is no other way to access our funds?

Salam. I’ve yet to start using Wahed , but whenever I try to add funds, Wahed crashes. Hope you can look into this. Thanks!

App is great just wish the expense fee where not that expensive. I research more on other apps.

You want to get rid of riba but you're using music in your videos. I had a plan to invest but I want a truly islamic way. Music is haram without any doubt.

this app is a great app it shows better results than S&P500 as a Muslim it’s a win win and even as a non Muslim your getting a higher return than S&P regardless

It’s easy to use and the dashboard provides all the information you need in one place. Having a web application is particularly important for office based users who are in their computers most of the time.

I love that there is a halal investment option!! It’s not perfect, but so happy to see and support an option. There is a fee, but the alternative would be not investing or hand selecting stocks and confirming each one is halal. I would love to be able to deposit amounts less than $100 and would love more than 5 or so account options. I am also using this kind of like a halal high yield savings account in addition to traditional account profiles. I would love to see more investment options outside of stocks, I saw a surgery about portions of real estate. Keep up the great work guys!!!
