I like shopping on this app since they have all my favorite brands. Shipping was quite fast despite the current situation with covid. Will definitely shop again.

I don’t think it’d be fair for me to give a 1 star rating cause maybe THELIST functions well, but when I’m shopping I don’t want the clothing I see to be limited by gender, the first question the list asks you is woman or man so I couldn’t push myself to get started knowing I’d probably be unable to see the opposite gender’s clothing listings.

I recently attempted to purchase some Readymade tee shirts. My order went through, I received my confirmation, and the funds were taken from my account. Instead of refunding me right away, they offered to send me replacement items from inferior brands. No thanks on the bait and switch, just buy from a reputable source.

THELIST is 110% a scam. It should be removed from THELIST Store. It’s taken me a week to convince Amex to dispute the charges. No customer service, counterfeit items for sale and that’s if they even ship. It’s a scam. Apple you’re supposed to protect us by not allowing scams on THELIST Store. Shame on you.

Never received item or refund after 1 month. I received an email basically saying they do not have the money to refund me “due to high volume.” This company does not actually carry the items. Highly disappointed. What a sad little business.

Order paid for, no shipment, no way to tracx order....this is ridiculous...I should have read the reviews before hand...literally none of them are good...I want to know what's taking so long or just tell me I got screwed I'd rather that than to keep waiting
