- impossible to sign up for the service
- developer doesn’t think it’s important to notify you of that until you’ve downloaded the app, filled in your details, added your passport, verified your email, and then returned to the app to “activate the bicing service”
- told it’s impossible to use a passport to rent bikes and to literally call Barcelona
- customer service is a joke and 99% sure its an automated reply every time
- usually have to walk to 4 stations and won’t find bikes
First the App tells me that my user or password is incorrect. When I ask for an e-mail to reset my password, the App says an e-mail has been successfully sent but I never receive an e-mail for resetting. I have checked spam folder etc. Just doesn’t work. Probably on vacation!!!
