I'm unable to open Tides Planner on my old ipad 2. It has never been a problem until now. Any solutions? Many thanks for the many years use I've had from such a great App!!

How to fix Tides Planner app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tides Planner app on iPhone
Update Tides Planner app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tides Planner iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tides Planner on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tides Planner network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tides Planner Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tides Planner not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tides Planner App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tides Planner » click [Force Stop]

Update Tides Planner to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tides Planner App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tides Planner » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tides Planner.

Fix Tides Planner unable to contact server/ Tides Planner internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tides Planner » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tides Planner » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tides Planner
