I have a solid internet connection but the app states no connection. I can view the website but not the app; it would be nice if the website allowed access to maps and walks. Very frustrating!

I am trying to transfer my custom walks to another phone (an iPhone X), the transfer seems to happen, but I don't see the "View Route" option. I have tried the backup, restore and sync many times to no avail. It looks like in the second phone I don't have the right license??? Why I cannot see the View Route? (I cannot see this option even in the Sighseeing Walks). Thanks!

I'm trying to print "Where To Stay in Strasbourg, France - Guide of Best Areas and Hotels" (30 pages) on my PC, and only page 1+ a little of page 2 shows up or prints. It seems like a great guide, and I'd like to read it and get to know which neighborhood I want to stay in. Maybe you can help me, please? Thanks, Mark
