Shuffles Status

Hi, Android user here with issues on app feature bug. Specifically the add element via search (magnifying glass icon) and switching back and forth from search. Perhaps add a preview option so user doesnt have to ga back and forth so much and I can see how this new element might blend w the current collage before adding to canvas. Feature suggestion: re arrange layers by drag and drop on the layer stack overview menu option. Or at least be able to click and jump to wanted layer.

Opacity disappears on finished Shuffle when opened. Thumbnail appears correct.

When saving the shuffle I created, it always stops halfway and says “looks like we cant save your work”.

Will not post shuffles. I’ve checked my internet connection and it’s working properly.

My shuffles have been edited from what they were originally. The colors of my cutouts have been changed a while after I posted it.

Recently all cutouts have been changed in moved on several of my own shuffles and on almost every shuffle I look at. It no longer looks like the original images and often times it completely ruins the shuffles that took hours to make.

I keep trying to save my shuffles, want to save to my gallery. But it keeps saying the action timed out and can’t save

I have 1 particular shuffle that will not save. Even if i just try to exit out of it i get an error that says “Failed to save changes. The operation couldnt be completed. ShuffleApp.UploadError error 0). Ive exited out of the app, restarted phone, but no fix. All my other shuffles work fine.

I try to save my new collage but it just comes up with this error message: "Failed to save changes, the operation couldn't be completed ( Models.UploadError error 1.) " I am hoping that there is a way to solve this issue without deleting my work.

Whenever I finish and try to save or post my shuffles it deletes some of the photos in them even when I don’t touch anything. Is this because there is a max number of photos you can use at once?

my ipad and phone are both updated and connected to wifi but every time i open the app it’s shuts off before i can do anything

I used to be able to scroll tons for cutouts of things to make a shuffle. Now all of a sudden there’s only about 8 of the cutouts and no where to scroll. I’m not sure what the problem is. Anyone else having this too?

it wont let me save shuffles it fails to save changes

i made three shuffles but when i went to post my third one my app crashed and now whenever i click on the app it just takes my back to my home screen and won’t let me into the app

Unable to save or view shuffles. Whenever I try to save one, it says it is in the wrong format and the action can’t be completed. Have tried deleting and redownloading the app / restarting my phone and it still doesn’t work :(

it won’t let me save or share any of my shuffles, it just says ‘the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format’ so i tried to delete and re-install the app to see if that would do anything but it deleted my previous shuffles and now i can’t seem to get them back

Opened the app went to put in my code and got told there was an error, I deleted the app and tried again 4 times it kept telling me the exact same thing and I'm just stuck on the opening photo not being able to click anything

I am unable to save or share shuffles or view anyone else’s my for you page and under hashtags etc just comes up blank. I have already tried reinstalling the app but that didn’t help

once i found a working code, it wouldn’t even let me log into my account saying there was an error due to it being in the wrong format.

I tried to put my code in but then it said the format was wrong. It then froze so I signed in again and it won’t let me in. I made a new account but the code doesn’t work because it’s reached its limit. Don’t know what to do.

I got an invite code after hours of waiting and it won’t let me use it every time I open the app it kicks me out and says “data is Invalid due to format”

i’m having the same problem as others, it says there’s a problem with the formatting so i can’t save any of my pieces :(

ive not got an account yet, i get the loading screen where it says log in as your pinterest account, and immediately a notification come up saying Error, the data isnt in the correct order? i cant click anything else, theres no options, just the loading screen. its not working at all, ive redownloaded the app like 5 times, same result every time.
