imou life app on win 10 64 bit has error. I log in, but can't view camera, when I click on start viewing icon, the app crashes and asks to report error. then it will log in again and continue to have the same error.

camera cannot be moved via the app...it just moves an inch then freezes and have to wait for it to refresh then camera is back where it was...same thing every time

Hello, I am trying to configure a new camera imou "Bullet 2 E " but when put a new card sd with 128gb storage i have an error message said "device storage corrupted" the sd carte is working fine with my phone.
India is not shown in countries for setting local timings but Calcutta city in India is shown with which I could set my timings. Why India a big country not shown?
Installed Queensland Australia. Camera shows steady green and smart phone has wi fi strength of 2 bars at camera site. When viewed on IMOU app it shows camera offline and a message "Device offline. Please check whether network connection and power status are normal". Have attempted to reset camera several times, but still will not work. Also camera does not record on SD card purchased with camera. Hope you can help as camera is installed for security reasons.

Hi, I own three Imou cameras and the notifications for one of my cameras keeps turning itself off so I can never get notifications for motion sensed from that camera. Also i would like to purchase a compatible doorbell camera to use with the Imou app but am stuggking to fiund one, please could you suggest one for me. Thanks Joel

Hi there my camera has started lagging. It takes 30/60 seconds to notify me once some one sets it off. I have tried hot spotting and also reinstalled as your colleague advised via chat room. The problem is still there.

I have 3 LOOC IMOU Cameras that have been working just fine for 2 years until about a week ago. Now I just get streaming error even after rebooting and I cannot view any local data stored etc. I have even signed up for trial of their "Protect" system but that has made no difference. No response form their helpline.

Hi guys, I was having the same streaming error issue on both my Imou app on my mobile devices and on the app on my windows machine. I emailed Imou to ask for a fix but they weren't any help. They said "Please check the internet connect with the cam well if you used the sd card storage it will still recording even without the internet." What worked for me is the following: Go to the app > Device Details for the camera showing streaming error > More (right at the bottom) > Restart device > Confirm to reboot. The streaming error should now disappear. Hope it works for you all.
Imou life was working fine on my Windows 10 laptop but now completely crashes when I try to run it. Can't even exit the program and have to use taskmanager to get rid of it. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it sort of worked OK the first time then went back to crashing every time. I have 3 ranger 2 cameras. It works perfectly on my Android phone.

Finally got this working I downloaded a network scanner app on my phone to find the camera ip address then used my computer to log into the camera using username= admin password=safety code on camera the selected settings then video and changed sub stream to h264 640*480 vga now all works tried support no success my alexa show now shows the camera
