Only have one book (Lonely Planet Japan) on Samsung tablet. Suddenly getting stuck on one page: Page "turns" but it is the same page. Have restarted, force stopped app, but no change. Flying out tomorrow!😱
I all of a sudden am getting the message: Cannot upload book. Error connecting to server (111). Connection refused. I haven’t changed anything. Why am I getting this message?
It no longer reads out loud. I need to fix this soonest.
If I open a specific book on one device it shows the first page 50 times than page 51 50 times and so on until the end of the book. If I open the same book on another device, also with pocketbook it works totally fine

Hello, I have an issue with my Pocketbook lux 5. Once I turn it on it keeps restarting. When I do the hard reset, it turns off and once I turn it on it freezes on PocketBook logo. Are there any steps I can take to fix this issue?
App not working. When trying to open any book, nothing happens. The app seems to disappear from Google Store 🙄
The application opens download and works fine until I want to return the book. There is a message : Error report sent every time I try to return the book.
The app just stop reading aloud. It has to be closed or dismiss and open again in order to star working again and the you have to find where did you left off to continue. I love this app, please fix it Thanks
