I try to start Cherry Tale and it says connection dropped please confirm after logging in but I try again and the same thing happens. I have good internet connection.

How to fix Cherry app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cherry app on iPhone
Update Cherry app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cherry iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cherry on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cherry network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cherry Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cherry not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cherry App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cherry » click [Force Stop]

Update Cherry to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cherry App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cherry » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cherry.

Fix Cherry unable to contact server/ Cherry internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cherry » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cherry » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
