Amazing, you can buy a bunch of stuff on this site, really cool stuff, but you only end up with about 50% of it. The rest of it never reaches your house. So don’t get your hopes up if you order something, odds are you’re not gonna get it.
And then, when you try to get a refund, they make you jump through rings of fire to prove that you did not receive the item. It’s the worst customer service you can possibly imagine. I argued with them for half a year to get a refund of $26.
Also, their site is not very navigation friendly. I cannot figure out how to delete my credit card from their site, which kind of scares me a little. I wished I would’ve never bought anything from the site.
Oh yeah-Their stuff is a lot more expensive than
Aliexpress!!!!

I ordered shoes never received them.. the order was pending for weeks finally said it shipped out the warehouse went back to check a few days later.. No trace of a order no order number no says no notification of were it is .. Horrible experience

So I did an order on CloudMall and it was supposed to cost nothing because I am a new user. Went to my bank account and found out they charged me 73 dollars. Now I want a refund and I send them an email but they didn’t responded yet. I also have proofs.

Never have I been able to talk to an agent. They told me they were going to return my money after I cancel my order and it’s been around 2 months already and they still haven’t returned my money. They told me to wait for 3-5 days until they return my money. I still haven’t gotten any news of me getting my money back.

This site is NOT good AT ALL!!! Most of their stuff is catfish🤦♀️ they’re very slow on shipments. Items don’t get delivered on the actual time they say.
I ordered a GREEN dress, and they sent me a “NAVY BLUE”! And it came sooo late. I didn’t even get to attend the event that i was going to🤦♀️ they’re very disappointing! They have bad customer service! They don’t even have a phone number on CloudMall /site for you to call.

Still nothing I ordered January 8 and now on the site it shows that I did not order anything I haven’t received one of my orders which I purchased several I can’t get anyone to give me a tracking number or anything at all for that matter do not buy from this site watch your money because you won’t get what you paid for and what you did pay for it still nothing!!!! I would like everybody to call their attorney general and turn them in also the Better Business Bureau thank you!!!!!!

This is public service information for ALL customers who have made Online purchases, using your 💳 Card as the method of payment and now having difficulties receiving the goods/ merchandize you purchased ... There are excellent online sellers and their atlso those that are scoundrels/thieves... All of these sellers do have a merchant account with VS, MC, AMEX ect. That is how the sellers get paid... If the item is been shipped from overseas it is safe to give it about 30 days and if not received during that timeframe and now begin to feel like its a scam, then please call the bank that issued your 💳 card to investigate (Its Free)... The bank will give the seller 10 - 15 days to respond... If the seller does not respond to the bank within that time frame THEN the bank will issue you the refund taken from the seller's Merchant Account... If you do receive the merchandize after a refund was issued please call the namk and let them know..
I've not shipped at cloud. But I have at wish and Ali express. Wish took my money and then sent me on a roller coasters ride.. ❗ will never shop there again. I shopped Ali express and everything was fine. Didn't get ripped off at all. It took awhile to come in but I was prepared for that. Most things were and are on the cheap side. I was prepared for that as well. I might use cloud mall but I suggest if you want quality things from shipping online just try ETSY.. there are real stores there. Small businesses as well. Great customer service with real people, not automated answers to real questions. Legit site. Try it out.! BTW .. I'm still waiting 2 years for wish to return my 203.00 they owe me. This is a scam. The worst quality products and worst customer service encarnates this company. Poor quality products with completely different from what you see on the site. They sent me short sleeves for a long sleeve shirt and have refused to refund. They sent me a dress with a bad zipper. They sent me a size large that doesn't even fit a size small. They sell $5 products for $48. They are a big scam. Never buy from them.
I am totally disappointed in the quality of the clothes.I spend over $400 US ,and receive inferior garments not made by correct measurements and everything is high waisted for a180lbs woman.I bought according to measurements on your chart.I think you all just a fixed a 4or5 extra large to some items definitely disappointed.Will not order clothes again can’t even sell them poor making do better with your standards.Cost too much to send them back.
