Amazing, you can buy a bunch of stuff on this site, really cool stuff, but you only end up with about 50% of it. The rest of it never reaches your house. So don’t get your hopes up if you order something, odds are you’re not gonna get it.
And then, when you try to get a refund, they make you jump through rings of fire to prove that you did not receive the item. It’s the worst customer service you can possibly imagine. I argued with them for half a year to get a refund of $26.
Also, their site is not very navigation friendly. I cannot figure out how to delete my credit card from their site, which kind of scares me a little. I wished I would’ve never bought anything from the site.
Oh yeah-Their stuff is a lot more expensive than
Aliexpress!!!!

Hi my name is Kune Montowski, last year before Christmas and I ordered 4 pairs of sandles I. Different colors as I am disabled and they were perfect. I’m sorry but they were never delivered to me. I have to say that I love your products but I cannot order from you because I have writ-with
Ten. To you every chance I have had. Please send me my order so I can walk and show how pretty the are. I have tried again to ask for my order to be sent. I would appreciate it so I can restore my faith that you stand behind your products and delivery of those products. Please , I would like to hear from your company that they will honor my sandals. Still nothing I ordered January 8 and now on the site it shows that I did not order anything I haven’t received one of my orders which I purchased several I can’t get anyone to give me a tracking number or anything at all for that matter do not buy from this site watch your money because you won’t get what you paid for and what you did pay for it still nothing!!!! I would like everybody to call their attorney general and turn them in also the Better Business Bureau thank you!!!!!!

I would suggest this to my family and friends , and know a few that would buy one too. ​   

This site is NOT good AT ALL!!! Most of their stuff is catfish🤦‍♀️ they’re very slow on shipments. Items don’t get delivered on the actual time they say.
I ordered a GREEN dress, and they sent me a “NAVY BLUE”! And it came sooo late. I didn’t even get to attend the event that i was going to🤦‍♀️ they’re very disappointing! They have bad customer service! They don’t even have a phone number on CloudMall /site for you to call.
I don’t recommend at all!

I have ordered lots of stuff through here, and have never been disappointed.      

Never have I been able to talk to an agent. They told me they were going to return my money after I cancel my order and it’s been around 2 months already and they still haven’t returned my money. They told me to wait for 3-5 days until they return my money. I still haven’t gotten any news of me getting my money back.

Definetly worth to check their deals! Highly recommend! ‍

Never receive my order this is ridiculous if I don’t receive by tomorrow I gonna ask for my full refund back I will never order from this site again this is pittyful

I ordered shoes never received them.. the order was pending for weeks finally said it shipped out the warehouse went back to check a few days later.. No trace of a order no order number no says no notification of were it is .. Horrible experience

Another order says insufficient address but I’ve had multiple items sent to the same address also when I try to click to track my package CloudMall send me home

This is my first time on this site, but I’m really afraid after reading all these negative reviews. I hoped to get all my stuffs and on time as well. There are still things that I will like to get. I will wait to see how long I get my first order.

CloudMall is cool, I ordered blouses and colored contacts lens here on sale. I absolutely love! They fit and quality. Definitely will be ordering again.

I orders from this dumb place but I ordered online I waited weeks for my package and when it got here it wasn’t even the right thing and I had to pay like 8 dollars for shipping and now they acting like they can’t help me these people better send me my right shoes or run me my money

I will never buy clothes from CloudMall again. I ordered 3 items one was small fit my daughter and the other one didn’t match the picture and the last one I haven't receive it yet it’s been 3 months

I haven’t gotten my 3 orders and it’s already going to be a month since my packages shipped. I contacted you guys serval of times and no answer at all I can’t even get a tracking number or nothing. This was the worst experience I had with online shopping!!

So I did an order on CloudMall and it was supposed to cost nothing because I am a new user. Went to my bank account and found out they charged me 73 dollars. Now I want a refund and I send them an email but they didn’t responded yet. I also have proofs.

Love CloudMall, products are good quality , would recommend and I will be a loyal customer if this carries on that’s why I’ve given 5 stars , keep up the good work🤩

I ordered something around November 2 and it said processing around November 8th and still saids processing. I am completely upset with this. I will never order from them again

Been two months and I still haven’t received my item do not trust what others say do not I repeat do not buy from here ordered back in August it’s now October don’t believe the hype
