Better than VS!

I hardly ever write reviews but I have to give Adore Me credit. I absolutely love everything that I get from there; never once was I disappointed! I love the fact that I can buy a matching bra and panty set without paying an arm and a leg and the quality is not compromised because of the reasonable price. Yes, it’s a monthly subscription, but you can skip the month between the 1st an the 5th and you won’t get charged. If you forget to skip, there’s an option to request a refund and they quickly refund your money for that month. There have been times when I ordered something and they happened to be out of stock on that particular item. Not only did they apologize for the minor inconvenience, but they refunded my money and they also gave me a store credit. That is awesome customer service! I love the fact that I earn a free set once I’ve ordered 5 sets, which is no problem for me because I order a lot from them whether it’s lingerie or sleepwear. I see a lot of people saying that they wish they can find the cute sets that they see in regular sizes in the plus sizes as well but my issue is actually the opposite. I see a lot of really nice sets in the plus sizes that I wish came in regular sizes. Perhaps Adore Me should make the same sets available for all women of all sizes, problem solved. Other than this minor issue, I really have no complaints at all. Keep up the great work Adore Me, and you've got a customer for life!

Positive Experience

First let me say, I love AdoreMe as a brand. I’ve had some small hiccups along the way but considering how often I place orders this doesn’t surprise me. Those have mostly been what I consider normal business growing pains. There’s always a delicate balance between meeting growth demands and keeping costs in balance especially during a pandemic. The two issues I had were corrected with a total of 4 emails. So I’ve been pleased with the brand all around. AdoreMeDesignerLingerie is always improving and I already find it an enjoyable shopping experience.

The only things that I’ve noticed that bug me are probably a nonissue for the normal, occasional shopper. I don’t like that I can’t select an item from my cart and be taken to the item. Small thing but it would add just a little more convenience for me. The other thing is some items can be difficult to find. For example, to navigate to the thigh highs you have to click on the wedding collection. I didn’t know for a long time they even had them. I’ve had one or two orders be changed because an item sold out which is pretty normal considering they have killer sales.

Other than that I have no complaints. I don’t have to leave AdoreMeDesignerLingerie to do anything and I don’t have any frustration around my shopping experience.

I love the products!

I just purchased my 4th set I loved them so far. They are comfortable, sexy, and last for a long time! It’s not hard to remember to skip or shop because they notify and I also just have a monthly reminder myself.
The only thing I can think of that needs to change is let the customer know which style of underwear is which. (Like a style chart) My last one I ordered I thought I was getting the hipster one that shows cheek and I ended up getting the bikini looking one with the see through mesh in the back. The options were Hipster and Cheeky. I looked up other products that had the same styles so I could pick the right one. The one I found had the cheeky (bikini mesh) and a thong, so obviously I chose the hipster for the product I wanted. It turns out I got them mixed up. So having the name by the picture of the underwear would really help, because now I’m contemplating on exchanging it or just keeping it. I don’t really want to deal with the whole having to mail the entire set back just for the underwear.
Other than that I am really happy with this company.

Love AdoreMe!

I love AdoreMe! My only picky constructive criticism is that I wish I could click on items in past orders to review them instead of having to get the name, search, and then review. I’m also one of those weird people who like to re-read and potentially edit my reviews and because of the fact that all reviews must be screened by AdoreMe before they’re posted in public, I can’t immediately go and read what I posted. I’m also sort of between sizes - sometimes in regular sizes and sometimes in plus, and I’ve noticed that sometimes the same set may have an entirely different name in plus, and this makes it hard to find what I want. I love these products, but have found the lace items to be a bit rough on my skin, and somewhat tighter in the same size as more expensive brands. Overall very happy with the price and quality, but honestly I do find that some of my Victoria’s Secret items are made with slightly better materials (less plastic, more metal and softer laces). These items are definitely as well made though and you can’t go wrong with the price point. I also love that having this subscription means that I have a sort of built in excuse to order lingerie every month. It makes me feel good! Thanks AdoreMe!!

I feel scammed. Customer service is a joke

I’ve been wanting to purchase something from AdoreMeDesignerLingerie for years after seeing consistent good reviews and window shopping since AdoreMeDesignerLingerie first launched. I placed an order for 2 bra sets, but the order is still “processing” 12 days later. The only disclaimer on AdoreMeDesignerLingerie states delayed processing of up to 3-5 days. It’s been almost 2 weeks. I’ve contacted customer service twice, getting the same unhelpful response both times. I’ve been told that I can’t get my money back on the order until the items show up at my door so I can start the refund process. The problem is that they’re not showing up so I can’t return them, and customer service is beating around the bush and not actually listening to my problem. I want to know why my order has taken almost half the month to process and if it’s not going to come I want my $55 back so I can actually receive why I paid for by going to another company. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of customer service and the ridiculous processing time it’s taking for my two bras and two pairs of underwear. I hate to be that guy, but I feel like I’m being scammed. At this point I can’t get my money back unless I get the order, but I’m not even getting my order. Don’t waste your time or money here..

Nice product but shipping is a fraud

Beware of shipping speeds. This company will post that it ships within 3-5 days. What they don’t tell you is that sure, it ships within 3-5 days, but it goes to a UPS facility where it is held hostage until they get enough merchandise at that ups facility to then ship it USPS- which takes an additional 2 days. For reference I placed my order on Feb 22- it’s now March 5th and my merchandise has been held hostage at a UPS facility now for 5 days. It had to go to three other UPS warehouses where it had to sit until they had enough merchandise to move it to the next UPS. I honestly thought I was crazy, because this is a horrible business model as it is incredibly deceptive to customers, but they confirmed it.... here’s their response to me. Mind you their solution was to “just wait longer”

“Please know that we make sure that the package is shipped from our warehouse on the intended date. However, please understand that once it was received by UPS, like any other postal service, it won`t give you a final or exact date of arrival time to its destination.

Mail piece needs to be first carried by UPS and later redirected to USPS for delivery. Only shipping volume reaches to a certain amount will mail pieces be sent to USPS facility. Before that, the item will need to just sit somewhere. This is the common reason for the delay in the packages.”

Customer for Life!

Not only do they have great options AND sizes for all bodies, their customer service is amazing! I bought my first two sets just before Christmas 2020. The post office shipped my order around a few states before saying my package had been picked up at my local post office....it was not picked up by me. After dealing with the post office bureaucracy I called Adore Me to let them know my order had been lost. Even though it was not their fault they gave me vouchers to replace my order (including free shipping!) and were so kind and helpful over the phone. After that I placed an order then accidentally cancelled it 🤦‍♀️. When I tried to reorder I had lost the promotion of buy 2 get 1 free 😢. I called in, again, and Rose was able to reorder my items including replacing the promo. With all the trouble I’ve had (including my own failures, lol) I’m ending up with what I ordered plus three new cute items and my smile has been put back on my face. I definitely recommend Adore Me and will be a customer for life!

Poor customer service! All the way around!!

I am a first time customer of this Adore Me company! And so far I’m not liking them whatsoever! I ordered my product the beginning of last wk. it was shipped out the SAME DAY! It’s now been a little over a wk, and the past 4 days my package has not moved! I contacted customer service and they only give me the run around! I was expecting to have it by a certain day, my wedding anniversary that looks like I’ll not be receiving what I order no time soon! Adore me’s website says that they offer priority shipping at check out! That’s A LIE! After I ordered it never gave me that option so I called adore me and told them that was misleading to all the customers they have and will have. They of course don’t care! But they still put it on priority shipping for me it got shipped out the same day of order. But still no package no nothing. I’ve kept in contact daily with calling adore me and emailing them also, with no result in sight! So all I can say is I’ll not be a regular customer now like I wanted to be! And I’ll do a refund of my money immediately if my package is not delivered by this evening. If I happen to receive my package today I’ll change my review! If not then I expect a refund without issues and I’ll keep my review as it is now!

I LOVE ADORE ME

Being bigger, I’ve always had trouble finding comfortable underwear that was also attractive and feminine. I love Adore Me panties! There are these certain cotton ones that I wear for work and they’re so comfortable and so soft as well as super cute! Sadly, they only come in limited colors (white, gray, black and peach) but they’re perfect just the same. I’ve also ordered pajamas and they are well made and comfortable. I’ve ordered my first bra and matching panty sets, but with covid, they’re taking a bit to get here, I can’t wait to try them on!

I will say that I agree with the another reviewer about the reviewing process on items on AdoreMeDesignerLingerie , I haven’t figured out how to do it yet, and I saw they had trouble too. It would also be helpful if by going to the order history, we could reorder items or even request them to be in stock. I really would like to reorder that cotton panty package I got before, but now I can’t find them in AdoreMeDesignerLingerie and they’re my favorite undies ever.

Restocks

I love adore me, I’ve never had a problem, never had to return or had a bad product. My issue is with how they never seem to be restocking plus size sets. I’ve been watching one set in particular for over a year that has not been restocked at all. I check so much that it’s almost ridiculous. So maybe they should include it in the product description if they plan on restocking it or not so I don’t have to keep checking, however I did reach out to adore me at one point to ask if they do restocks and was told that they do restock regularly but I don’t think that’s the case. Also pretty frustrated with how rarely they include plus sets in exclusive sales. Meaning one or two plus styles get out on sale and I’m guessing it’s because they’re not selling as fast. Overall I do love adore me, I don’t buy my bras or underwear anywhere else but I’d appreciate either more plus styles or more restocks of existing plus sets.

New Elite Member

Just started my very first ELITE subscription in September it comes every two weeks and so far I wasn’t to excited about the first one wasn’t really personalized at all. 🤷🏼‍♀️ BUT I gotta say I got my 2nd 📦 in today and they put exactly what I asked for when I rated it. Only issue is it’s hard to get the Bras and I need that most because I haven’t found the RIGHT one yet and my lingerie was too big. I do love that they send cute items to ur door and u can try them on at HOME before buying. It’s a lot less stressful when u get those PERFECT items in. So I rated this a 4 ⭐️ because I do love there products they do listen to ur wants/needs ect. But I kind of need more help sizing wise and the major issue I have it when u go on AdoreMeDesignerLingerie they are constantly out of 36DD & 38 DD I get so sad. When I find that cute one I love and they don’t have the proper sizing but I’m still new at this with Adore me so I’m willing to give it time and COVID happening an all I get a lot of places are delayed

I am very impressed by and thankful to Adore Me. Your bras are great! They fit me nicely, comfortably and I feel confident wearing them as I get nice cleavage from them as well.

I used to shop at Victoria’s Secret because for a while their underwear and bras were the only ones I could wear, as most of my life I have had weight/body issues so it’s been hard finding clothes, bras and underwear.

Thank you Adore Me as I now no longer shop at Victoria’s Secret. I stopped because your bras, underwear and lounge wear/pajamas are so much better. I admit I am disappointed with Victoria’s Secret as the prices they charge are high and the quality of what they sell is not good. I no longer buy nightshirts because the quality of them are no good as a few I had that were new wore out too quickly and ended up full of holes and tears.

Pretty Good

Aside from exchanging a few sizes and long shipping waits, I’ve honestly enjoyed everything I’ve purchased from this company. The biggest issue I have, is from a plus size perspective. The same cute and/or sexy designs available to non-plus size customers are not always available in plus size. For a company that caters to plus, it’s upsetting to see an adorable set and find that it’s not in your “size”. Additionally, even if you are plus size, items are not restocked well. I have the hardest time EVER finding something in my size, much less something that I would like enough to buy. I understand if they sell out quickly, but they need to work on restocking quickly, or notifying their client when an item they really like comes back in stock. This problem is extremely limiting to all shoppers, but plus size in particular. Lastly, it would be great to buy bras separately, and not have to purchase a whole set. Some plus women can find a non-plus size bra, but then be unable to fit into the bottoms, or vice-versa.

After a year I’m done with them

In a little over a year and several orders I’m done with this company, here is a list of problems I’ve encountered. First one is if you order something and want it by a specific date they say 5-7 days for free shipping after products ships but you don’t find this out until after ordering so if you need it quickly you will need to pay for the expedited cost, this info should be available before you place your order so if you need to upgrade shipping you can. Second I have found most items to be poorly made I had order2 swim suits and the zippers broke on both after 1-2 uses contacted company and they would not do a return, also had a bra and nightgown have seams come apart after a couple of months. Also they don’t really cater to women of size as the hardly ever offer the same items that they do their stick figure customers. Also once a VIP member they make you really jump through hoops to quit, if you sign up for it on AdoreMeDesignerLingerie you should be able to stop being a member on AdoreMeDesignerLingerie . Unfortunately had hopes for this company but really cannot think of anything positive

Cancelled my order without notifying me.

I bought from this store a year or so ago and had no issues. Now, everything has changed.
I placed my order and an item did not fit me quite right. I sent it in for an exchange and the replacement item was cancelled without warning or notification. When I called customer service, I was hung up on when I asked why it was cancelled. After reaching someone who was willing to speak with me, they explained to me it was not in stock in my size. AdoreMeDesignerLingerie does not accurately tell you when an item is out of stock. Be ready to check your orders yourself to see if they get cancelled.
Then, I placed an order for a different item and I received items I did not purchase and was missing items I had purchased.
Additionally, AdoreMeDesignerLingerie will send you notifications multiple times a day. But in my case, I did not receive any order updates or a notification when they were randomly cancelled on Adore Me’s part.
I will not be using this company again. It is a shame because I do like the products they offer. Be wary and keep an eye on your orders.

Horrible Company

First of all, let me start by saying I’ve tried this company once in 2017 and once this year in 2020. Customer service is horrible. It takes days to get a response about order delays and they have lost several of my packages. They recently charged my account for a return/exchange that was done in April. It’s now August. The only notification that I got was “thank you for sending your items back, we never received them so we are charging your account”. I sent them an email AGAIN to remove/delete my account and card info COMPLETELY but it’ll probably take them several days to answer that. But lo and behold there is no way to delete a card from the account, nor the account itself. They hoard your info so they can take advantage. I will be disputing the charge. I will never buy from them again and wish to have nothing further to do with them. There should be no reason I can’t delete my account and personal information. It’s unsettling that I cannot at least take my debit card off of the account when I want. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!

“Processing time” is not included in estimate shipping time.

Adore Me is very misleading to its customers. While Adore Me says over and over again that it normally only takes a day or two days to process that is not true. Both my friends and I have experienced extremely long processing periods and delays on top of that. Every single order gets delayed with a lame excuse of “too many orders” or “switching warehouses” or something along those lines. But that’s only the tip of the iceberg. Not only does processing take forever but processing is not included in your shipping. It’s misleading to customers because they order and pick the quick 2 day shipping or the regular 5-7 day shipping and don’t get it for a lot longer than Adore Me made it seem. This is because of processing, delays, and the fact that processing is not included in shipping. Adore Me needs to learn how to correctly stock, communicate with upset customers better, communicate that processing is not included in the 5-7 days or 2 day shipping, and they also need to stop replying to upset/angry customers with the same generic meaningless messages.

I love it!

I just recently switched from another subscription, which I will not even mention the name, to Adore Me and it’s 100%. Better!

So far I have 4 sets and they all fit comfortably and are made with softer materials. I love how much variety they have. I spend forever looking through every one trying to decide which I would like this month. The cost is reasonable too considering I was paying more for less quality and crap customer service with the other subscription. I have not had to contact customer care with Adore me so I cannot say if it’s good or bad.

I have and will continue to recommend this to my friends and family because I believe this is a great way to shop for bras especially when you’re a busy body and don’t have much time for yourself.

Pretty over it

After almost three years with the company as a VIP member I have noticed a glaring decrease in quality. I have been reordering the exact same style of bra many times every 6 months or so and since my first two orders the bra quality has dropped so much. I also ordered a robe that was so poorly made and unflattering. Last summer I did order a one piece swimsuit that is amazing, but after following up with a PJ Set order, I’ve noticed the quality is no better than what you would get in the PJ/undergarment section of a supermarket. Same goes for the athletic wear. I’m disappointed that this went from a company whose customer service and product quality was top notch to overall disappointing. One thing I will gladly brag about is that when you become a VIP member it is very easy to “skip the month” aka skip the monthly subscription draw, and if you forget to in time the refund option is easily accessible in AdoreMeDesignerLingerie and processes quickly. They also have great sales occasionally.

Sounds too good to be true

I’ve had a ‘membership’ since the beginning, &i rarely order from the website. Things sell out so fast that by the time you get your order you better pray you get the size you need the first time (size charts on website are NOT completely accurate) or you will be waiting for them to come back in stock for god knows how long. Exchange vouchers are a joke when they're ALWAYS OUT OF MY SIZES &do not offer a preorder for what you want once it releases again or even a backlist order. Terrible phone service, i dont know how many times i was interrupted by customer service who wasn’t even trying to listen to me, she just kept saying ‘oh you can use the exchange voucher on anything’ while I’m trying to tell her i just want the product i ordered and that my sizes were no longer available on the website. She did absolutely nothing but tell me to keep checking the website for restock. Apparently this happens every 1st and 3rd week of the month so i guess ill just keep my fingers crossed..some membership..

Finally decided to try

Overall I have been very satisfied with the quality except the occasional lace bra that was extremely uncomfortable. I’m on disability at a young age(well not quite 50)! And still in relatively good shape except for my long battle to live which I refuse to stop trying. I just had my first grandson ❤️.
The only problem I have is either the bra size is out or the matching underwear, especially the softest ones you have. The Helyn contour and similar contour bras are never available and if they are the underwear don’t match.
I will see this through but living alone fighting my health to live and living on such a fraction of what I used to make is extremely, well there is no word to describe the pain , physically and emotionally. Sorry this is so long! But I love those specific bras and I can’t go shopping. Brilliant idea for this company!!!

More people should hear about this Brand!

I was introduced to Adore Me by my older sister, Indira a few years ago. She would always tell me how this brand is amazing because; it’s affordable, the material they use has tremendous quality, and there’s a lot of diversity within this brand. It took me a while to purchase their products because I was obsessed with the Bigger brand like “pink & Victoria secret.” That we’re more known around my college campus, & basically everywhere. However, I took the courage to go out of my comfort zone, and purchase something on line. For the first time the underwear I bought on line were comfortable and the material felt long lasting as well as it looks nice in my body. Ever since I have been obsessed and I will choose this brand over any other.

Customer Service

First order from this site and it has been a horrible experience. I ordered 3 sets on 5/2 and waited 5 days to get the processed notice and shipping notice called today and spoke to a rep reylyn she was horrible. She wouldn’t give me any answers as to why or when my order will be shipped because they have been having “warehouse” problems (mind you there is no notice on their site to expect delays) she told me there was a notice however it was taken down because it was resolved yet they are still having the problem. When I asked for an estimate on when it would be shipped she said she didn’t know. I asked to speak with a supervisor she refused saying there was no supervisor available to take calls. I asked if one could call me back she said no then hung up on me before I could ask to cancel my order. I called back 2 times and waited on hold for 10 min each time for it to hang up on me. This is a horrible first experience I don’t recommend purchasing from here I don’t plan to anymore.

Awesome app, even better product!

I absolutely love Adoreme. I’ve had AdoreMeDesignerLingerie for quite some time, but only recently made my first purchase. I received the set very quickly after it was shipped. The set looks fantastic and feels incredible. Even better, it fits perfectly! The measurement recommendations on the site convinced me to order a different size than usual. I’ve had issues finding the right size from other brands, so I was skeptical to change my usual size. Thank goodness I did, this is the best fitting bra I’ve ever had.

I love the variety on the Adoreme store. There are so many options to choose from and they are always adding more! I never get bored perusing AdoreMeDesignerLingerie and adding to my wishlist! I can’t wait to order my next set!

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered 2 different items from Adore Me and needed to return them as the sizes did not fit even though it was my size. I returned the items but when I received my refund it wasn’t even close to what I paid. I understand the restocking fee but it was less then what it should be minus the restocking fee. There was nothing about there being a fee for shipping so I’m not sure why there is such a difference. I then sent an email and it’s been close to a week and they haven’t responded. I don’t plan on ever purchasing from them again but I would suggest buying a larger size then what you think you are if you plan on buying from them.

Update: it been over 2 weeks without a reply even with 2 follow up emails. Don’t use them unless you want to get refunded less then you’re owed!!!!

Response to developer: I did use all of your means to contact your company. You didn’t even read what I had wrote. Once again very poor customer experience.

Great customer service

This was my first time ordering, and I am very pleased!! The items ordered are true to size and fit perfectly. I have ordered for myself (plus size) and for my daughter medium size. My daughter’s order was shipped within 2 days, and my order was delayed a couple weeks. I know old suggest to keep plus sizes better stocked, as is us who have a harder time finding lingerie that is cute. However, they kept me i formed of my ordered status via email. I received an email letting me know when my ordered shipped, and when i call to check on the status of the delivery as it was 2 days late, Chynna was so helpful!
I received my order the very next day and I am extremely happy and ready to place my next order.
