How to fix Unistellar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Unistellar app on iPhone
Update Unistellar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Unistellar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Unistellar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Unistellar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Unistellar Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Unistellar not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Unistellar App
1. On android, goto Settings » Unistellar » click [Force Stop]

Update Unistellar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Unistellar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Unistellar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Unistellar.

Fix Unistellar unable to contact server/ Unistellar internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Unistellar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Unistellar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
