MyASUS app crashes immediately upon opening. It used to work although it's really not required and I can live without it. Will probably uninstall it since it's really just bloatware.

Good morning. Most days in my LAPTOP-NB7DD273 I'm having problems when I'm watching a video in youtube and together with other open windows. The active programs are: word, excell, outlook, VLC. Pressing ALT+TAB to change page, the pc freezes completely. How can I avoid or recover the pc without turning it off? Can you solve this problem? A thousand thanks.

I have a big problem in my laptop battery. when it is charging percentage is stock at 85%. solve the this problem i have to install the myasus for my laptop. but this app not working my lap top. they say my laptop is the old version. so give the answer for this problem as soon as.

How to fix MyASUS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyASUS app on iPhone
Update MyASUS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyASUS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyASUS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyASUS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyASUS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyASUS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyASUS App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyASUS » click [Force Stop]

Update MyASUS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyASUS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyASUS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyASUS.

Fix MyASUS unable to contact server/ MyASUS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyASUS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyASUS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyASUS
