How to fix myNCDMV app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the myNCDMV app on iPhone
Update myNCDMV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall myNCDMV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix myNCDMV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve myNCDMV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

myNCDMV Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix myNCDMV not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the myNCDMV App
1. On android, goto Settings » myNCDMV » click [Force Stop]

Update myNCDMV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear myNCDMV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » myNCDMV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart myNCDMV.

Fix myNCDMV unable to contact server/ myNCDMV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click myNCDMV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto myNCDMV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch myNCDMV
