Can't log in because it says my phone is corrupted and have security issues. I've installed nortans anti-virus and it says I have no issues. What now?
Since I applied the most recent update yesterday (iPhone 12), I am experiencing the following bug: Upon launching app, it displays the start-up screen (red background with Honeydue icon) for approximately 2 seconds and then immediately crashes (shuts down). I have not been able to relaunch the app successfully. I took the following troubleshooting steps— restarted my phone and closed all other apps.
