Sleek and easy!

Keap is so sleek! It has been really helpful organizing my photography business.
I use it to keep all my client notes and reminders in one place instead of in different apps and spreadsheets.
I LOVE the quick reply feature... I dont have to type the same thing over and over again, especially when I can't look at my phone.
Being able to take pictures of all my old business cards instead of having to type all that info is nice!
Only thing missing is the ability to turn off notifications at night.. that would make my life so much easier.

Cost me thousands of dollars

this app will do whatever it takes to keep your individual application running when you pay month to month. If you however agree to the discounted annual contract your individual account management will ghost you. Since signing my annual contract my application has lost 24/7 customer support as my primary and his team doesn’t respond, my recurring billing management broke costing me thousands as it reported clients as current simply because the software hadn’t sent the bills out some months, scheduling integration with Outlook breaks routinely resulting in missed opportunities or double bookings, and the email integration with outlook routinely breaks. When I paid month to month my rep would fix my applications issues within days now it’s months. Stay away as there are so many other great CRM products on the market. You know it’s bad when the this app Academy instructor agrees that their scheduling software isn’t reliable and he recommends everyone use ScheduleOnce for the time being. That’s been my experience pay this app for services yet also pay for separate billing and scheduling applications as you can’t trust this app to stay operational.

Great app

I enjoy the presence of Keap on my phone it was a great addition to the computer program. The amount of effort put into Keap is obviously a lot and it really shows. It helps me organize my business and improves my experience overall. I think that customers will benefit with a option to include multiple phone numbers for different people in the company. Otherwise Keap is really stunning and i really enjoy it!

Horrible

I really wanted love Keap seemed to be everything I was looking for unfortunately I had nothing but issues an many hours of phone calls with technical support never being able to use the service first the number given had a name attached to the caller Id when making out bound calls after all the calls nothing they could do then I changed the number after problems with that I finally got a new number an then I couldn’t receive calls or messages at the end they had no answers nothing to do so just has been waste of time I continued to try to get it working because It had all the things I wanted for this type of app now I’m looking again for something suitable

Great app, wish I could port my number

I’ve been a Real Estate Broker for over 20 years and have always wanted to separate my personal number from a business number and Keap solved it. Fantastic app, use it for new leads and clients. Love the auto replies and snooze feature.

Wish I could port over my existing cell phone number. That’s the one major challenge, I still have past leads and clients call my personal number which is confusing to them to have a different number.

Great app overall but Does not work well on iPhone

Great app overall the second line and a consolidated way to see all phone calls and texts but very sluggish on appointments screen and it freezes for over a minute .
Also the appointments calendar is not great it too freezes and there is no day, week or month view to easily see your appointments.
I have tried to get technical support to fix for over 2 months but still not resolved
Once these glitches are fixed I would definitely give it 5 stars

Partnering with this app has been the best business decision I have ever made! Having a small business and being a one person show has its struggles. this app is always there to help me and not only the software the people. With this app I have a well informed, kind, helpful and insightful cheerleaders for teammates!! Keap’s getting better & better

I’m impressed with the functionality of Keap and I’ve been using it more and more in my business. Excellent customer service and I’m impressed on how features are being rolled out consistently and improving on features. They really do listen to their customers and have fixed a few issues I had in the past which have kept me using this app.

Game changer

I’ve been with this app for probably about 2 months. It’s pretty simple on the surface but can get complex and beneficial the more you learn. It’s helped me in my business a ton! There are new improvements and features rolling out often it seems like. And this app’s customer service has been TOP NOTCH! Just last night I was chatting with someone about an issue I was having....and it was midnight!

Amazing App, Simple to Use

I’ve been using the this app app for a few weeks and it’s been a wonderful tool to help keep my business and personal lives separate. I’m able to use one phone to manage my business contacts, handle communications and send appointment invites to my clients and leads.

Don’t do it

While it sounds great and all I can tell you that all they really care about is your monthly payment As long as you keep paying they keep taking Please don’t expect to get anything in return other than if you call them it will take a long time Took more than 15 minutes to cancel this app the change!!

He says we want you to reach out to us so we can fix your issues,,,,, that wasn’t the case.
I had to contact them to cancel and the whole process was used to try and sell me something I didn’t want
Then he finally admitted that what I was wanting they didn’t have the ability to do
So the moral of the story is that whatever the salesman says is a bunch of garbage don’t expect it to be true
They are quite ok with getting paid 100@ month for 6 month even if you cancel then.

Crash and Freeze

I’ve been using Keap for a few months now. I love the functionality of saving cal notes and setting up tasks. I have two major issues though. Keap freezes very often and it’s extremely slow. Also, many times calls go directly to my personal phone and clients hear my personal voicemail. When they do leave a VM, it doesn’t show up in the this app app. It shows up in my personal phone. It’s a great app but super slow moving

Glitch problem

For the last three days my app has been glitching saying i need to manage payments. When I am current with my payments. It has made me miss out in 6 potential clients and rough estimate of $600-$1000 in revenue. When I called to troubleshoot the rep told I should try using Google chrome. The chrome version doesn’t show you missed calls or anything of the sort so it almost virtually useless if you get a lot of calls to your business. If you don’t want to lose revenue or potential don’t download Keap.

I like it but it needs more features

I Love this app! I really wish I can send emails WITH MY SIGNATURE” from Keap ! It’s frustrating to stop using Keap and have to wait till I get home on the desktop to reply to an email or send an email with my signature. I hope someone is listening and includes adding a signature to sending emails from Keap !!!

This is a great app if you need a 2nd line for business. Very easy to use. The contact follow up piece to Keap is a nice feature. A few to many steps to customize follow up timeframes but overall great app.

Easy & streamlined

Keap is nicely designed, super intuitive, and makes it easy for me to organize and import contacts. For the amount of features that are packed into Keap, it doesn’t feel clunky at all!

Room for improvement

Not a bad platform but a bit buggy. App freezes and crashes, missed call notifications don’t show, and snooze auto reminders don’t go out as instructed, among others. I think this platform has potential, kinks just need to be worked out.

Needs a lot of work

I liked the idea that it was formatted in a way to track leads and leave notes for every action but Keap is very glitchy. Crashes a lot and gets a lot of dropped calls. Now I am trying to port my number out and the carrier (this app) is rejecting this order from happening. I’ve reached out to customer support but they have no idea why this is happening. Avoid it if you can

Had Keap for 8 months now, every version keaps getting better and better, you can really tell the developers care about small business owners.

It’s getting there, but not yet :-(

There’s one thing that’s more annoying than trying to look up contacts in your com app, and that’s not being able to have the full functionality of smart forms right here in Keap . Why have smart forms if we can’t access them on our phone? Convenience is the core behavior need the purpose of smart forms.

Freezing

I love the idea of Keap, if only I could use it. It freezes, I have to close it, reopen it, and the frozen again. Logged in and out. This isn’t helping my business when I need to know about an invoice right now. And I only have two invoices. Oh dear.

Love this app!

We run a small research firm where we’re constantly talking to our leads and clients on the phone. We previously used our personal cell phone numbers to do all of business calls which was not a good experience for us and for our business (not knowing if we were getting business calls or always having to be on). Now that we’ve started to use Keap we always know when we get a business call and the best part we can track all of our communication and clients in Keap . No more jumping around multiple apps to figure out if we called them, texted them, or track our notes and tasks. Also there are three of us in our company and all work remotely in three different parts of the country. We all chose the same area code for our phone number so we can appear to work in the same area. Love our business phone numbers! Highly recommend Keap!

Do not buy this app- it is horrible!

First of all I question all of these five star reviews. I believe they are fake or were “bought” to deceive people.

I found out that as a few days ago I have been using Keap for a month.

It was a great app. Worked wonderfully, had great features and then:

- I am just locked out of the system. No access to receive or make texts or use phone. After a call, some emails went answered but the majority didn’t I finally received a call from someone who indicated they were the developer.

- He said before we continue, try and open you app it should work now. It did in fact open and still opens to this date BUT the text messaging feature doesn’t work. Hasn’t worked now since Keap went down. I have reported it via email but I guess no one cares.

- Keap is new and I was one of the first people to sign up for it. So how they have close to 100 5-star reviews is beyond me.

As of approximately 5 days:
- 2 days: no access to system at all. Could you imagine if someone took your business cell phone away and no one could get in touch with you? That’s exactly what an app like this being “down” does. So if you want to experience the horrible aspect of that issue then download Keap!

- 2 days to current time which is 5 days:
Now I can use app. The text doesn’t work at all. Can’t send a message as system says error. But it does let me make phone calls. However 98% of the reason I got this was so my clients could text me.

I cancelled. I am just taking my contacts and going to find a more reliable app. Also I was promised all sorts of compensation for my issues— I can’t even get a reply to fix this 5 day issue!!

Insanity. Don’t even trust Keap. I can’t believe that they’d go to market with a product this important to communication and it doesn’t work!

Leaves IS Legacy Users helpless

Awesome! You guys did it! You managed to take 4 years to update an app with your customer's feedback implemented. You missed one thing, MAKE IT USABLE BY INFUSIONSOFT LEGACY APPLICATIONS!! I am paying a LOT OF MONEY to watch it get poured into your new platform which I have no desire to "switch" to, as it will actually remove functionality that I use and charge me MORE MONEY based on contacts. Way to duck up a good opportunity....

Can't even open app

Keap keeps saying " looks like you're using infusionsoft classic" and doesn't let me move past that page

Is Keap a joke. Crashed every min. Unusable. Uninstalled and re downloaded same issues. Upon singing In you are your database then it crashes and closes.
