Crashed each time I attempted to use it

Worked beautifully the first time I used it for a single page. The next day, I needed to scan again and it didn’t work at all. Each time I tried to scan the page, as soon as the camera engaged, the app closed. Same thing after removing and redownloading the app, as well as restarting my phone. Wasn’t worth the hassle. The first time I used it was awesome, but it never worked again. Great app if you just need to scan a single page, a single time, but it will only work once, apparently.
Multi page docs have poor quality

A single page docs scans beautifully however whenever I use the "batch" feature the quality is poor and the app won't let me edit it. In fact if I click on the individual page I get stuck there and frozen. I then have to close the app and start over to so anything. Maybe I'm just using it wrong but I'm disappointed in the multi page feature
Great when it works

I’ve been using this app for a while and it’s great, but recently I upgraded to an iPhone X and the “back” button is trapped behind my phones time in the top left corner and I can’t back out of a batch pdf to actually save and send my pdf where it needs to go, I’ve tried looking online to fix this, and I can’t find anything, any help would be appreciated
