Worked beautifully the first time I used it for a single page. The next day, I needed to scan again and it didn’t work at all. Each time I tried to scan the page, as soon as the camera engaged, DocumentScannerAppPDFScan closed. Same thing after removing and redownloading DocumentScannerAppPDFScan , as well as restarting my phone. Wasn’t worth the hassle. The first time I used it was awesome, but it never worked again. Great app if you just need to scan a single page, a single time, but it will only work once, apparently.
A single page docs scans beautifully however whenever I use the "batch" feature the quality is poor and DocumentScannerAppPDFScan won't let me edit it. In fact if I click on the individual page I get stuck there and frozen. I then have to close DocumentScannerAppPDFScan and start over to so anything. Maybe I'm just using it wrong but I'm disappointed in the multi page feature
I’ve been using DocumentScannerAppPDFScan for a while and it’s great, but recently I upgraded to an iPhone X and the “back” button is trapped behind my phones time in the top left corner and I can’t back out of a batch pdf to actually save and send my pdf where it needs to go, I’ve tried looking online to fix this, and I can’t find anything, any help would be appreciated
I’ve had some issues with my feet & hip and our scanner at work is in the back office. It’s nice to be able to scan documents and send them to my inbox to forward to customers without having to go to the back every time.
It has taken me a little time to become acquainted with the features, but my goal of turning photos of drawings into jpegs / pdfs without paying for scanning has worked out well. I’m saving $$, especially for oversized docs that I was quoted $4-6 each to scan at the print shops
I never give 5 star reviews so I’m only giving 4 here, but I occasionally need to email documents for financial planning or business reasons, which doesn’t require perfection but needs to be easy and fast, and DocumentScannerAppPDFScan features those qualities.
I LIKE that after editing, before printing, you can change the quality- I’m often scanning music and if I print pages as is, I use a lot of ink because the page appears gray. But in DocumentScannerAppPDFScan, I can choose something called Xerox, & the page appears white. I DONT like how difficult it is to get the circles of corners to go exactly where you want, but I do like that I don’t have to save an entire page, I can choose less using those corners. And PRESENTLY, after editing a few pages, I can’t close and go to my library if scans. The back arrow is on top of the iPhone items in the left corner and nothing I do will close this edit page. I used this to scan music I am teaching on virtual lessons so it is aggravating I might hVe to rescan all of them in another app
After writing this, my scanner unfroze and now, corners work better. In addition, I found that centered “circles” move the entire line. Very helpful. Best part is I can scan poorly and edit to look better than the original! ( old music)
DocumentScannerAppPDFScan is wonderful! The ability to transfer your scanned files directly to Google Drive is INCREDIBLE during this time as an educator when many of us are using Google Classroom. It makes things seamless and easy, which I appreciate
DocumentScannerAppPDFScan is free and works perfectly. The ads can be skipped in 5 seconds. The pages sometimes need to be adjusted to fit to our requirements and apart from this everything works well.
I normally don’t take the time to leave ratings on apps unless they really do me good, and boy can I say that DocumentScannerAppPDFScan has helped me a lot. I did a paper drag lip sync (basically a music video that’s drawn out) in 21 hours total and was able to scan all 40 pages of the thing super easily with this, and to make things even better, it has the feature where you can share folders or documents to your google drive. It ROCKS! I’ll admit that the ads can get a bit annoying, but I get that a developers gotta make bank where they can, lol. Overall, great app, very useful for someone with a lot of art to make, a little time to do it, and no real scanner. :)
This free scanning app is all you were looking for. It scans perfectly and allows for easy exportation of the file. To compensate for not asking for a subscription, there are ads, which is totally fine.
I love DocumentScannerAppPDFScan! Easy to use, and I love the option to add filters. The only issue I had (which may just be me doing it wrong!) is not being able to re-name files or albums. Otherwise, use this for your scanning needs!
During this COVID season DocumentScannerAppPDFScan has helped us with the home schooling. More recently, we had a death in the family and DocumentScannerAppPDFScan helped us send all kind of documents to lawyers, doctors, accountants and government agencies. I still cannot believe DocumentScannerAppPDFScan is free. Thanks for a great app!
I never do that reviews but I felt that it needed mentioning. I downloaded DocumentScannerAppPDFScan and another one. I used the latter for the first scan it was ok. For my second one I use this one which had much more editing, saving, printing and sharing options. I would recommend DocumentScannerAppPDFScan.
I love DocumentScannerAppPDFScan! It’s awesome. It allows me to submit my assignments in pdf format, it allows you the ability to edit the documents, and take photographs of the stuff you’re trying to turn into a pdf. Just all around awesome. It also doesn’t take that long to do. Just great❣️
I work from home and have a printer that has the ability to scan but only one document. I usually needs to scan multiple pages and email them as one PDF. DocumentScannerAppPDFScan works wonders and the quality is great. You can do so much with this from your phone. Highly recommend!
DocumentScannerAppPDFScan is very helpful. I use it to send in my schoolwork and DocumentScannerAppPDFScan is making online schooling much more easier. My teacher doesn’t get mad at me because of DocumentScannerAppPDFScan. She gets a little irritated with the people who don’t send in their work. Thank you for making corona virus and distance learning so much easier for me!
It does what ever I need to do to edit pdfs/ and turn images into pdfs for my job! The only thing I wish it could do is automatically let you choose from camera roll for some reason I have to close DocumentScannerAppPDFScan first and reopen in order to choose from my camera roll. But no other complaints!! Love it. So convenient
Honestly, I don’t mind the minimal ads because one it’s free, and two it gets the job done! I can’t really complain about DocumentScannerAppPDFScan. I’ve looked for other scan apps but they all want you to pay. The ads take less than 5 seconds to exit out of and are related to DocumentScannerAppPDFScan . They’re not about games etc. I personally like that it adds the flash for you because I always need it!
A straight forward free scanning app. I have installed and uninstalled numerous apps before finding one that is just right.
I like being able to import documents to scan, the option of scanning style, like a classic scan look, xerox, with color.

Scanner worked great for about 10 scans and then quit entirely.
Are used to love DocumentScannerAppPDFScan now not so much as soon as I turn it on and I get to my documents it turns off I’ve tried updating I’ve tried restarting I am not happy now

Not so good. Other CamScanner app with CS in big white letters logo is better and not so intrusive with ads.
