I want to sync myscans on iphone with myscans on ipad and macbook pro. I have paid the subscription for the cloud app with myscans , but it will not accept my Password or offer me a way to get a new password. This is very frustrating — please let me know ho to do this.

Poor service

This review is more about the customer support service than anything else. I downloaded the app thinking I was gonna use and I realized on the same day that I would not give the use I thought so I tried canceling the 3 day free trial in purer to not be charged with the $30+ yearly subscription but I couldn’t figure out. It gave me no option to cancel or so I sent a message to the help and support email they provide. I had no luck, nobody got back with me and still couldn’t figure out how to cancel the registration so I’ve been charged for something I don’t need and asked for their to cancel. I feel like they have set up so they charge you regardless. I need someone to help me figure this out.

Should’ve read the reviews

If I had read the reviews before downloading the app I would have realized that I would be charged for the subscription even if I only wanted the free trial. I couldn’t find out how to unsubscribe even after looking it up several times. I tried to follow the developer’s directions in a response to another review but I still couldn’t figure it out. I am a highschool student with not much money so I thought this “free” app would be a good thing but instead my dad’s credit card has been charged with $30+ dollars and I have to explain that to him. Thanks a lot.

Inaccessibility to Voiceover makes This Great App Virtually Unusable to Me.

This app used to be extremely helpful up until I started needing to use voiceover. Now I can barely do anything. If developers could take the time to work on this app’s accessibility it would make a big difference. Currently it is almost impossible to send documents or search for what I already have, and even though the documents are in PDF format, they have not gone through OCR so the text cannot be read out to me, which makes things very difficult.
