The app isn’t working for the last couple days. It was freezing, closing itself down and giving an error message and but now it is just completely freezing up and not working. Help!

Close and restart the Yoto app on iPhone
Update Yoto app to the Latest Version for iOS

To resolve Yoto network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Yoto app issues:

Force Stop the Yoto App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Yoto app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Yoto to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yoto App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Yoto app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Yoto.

Fix Yoto unable to contact server/ Yoto internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Yoto » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Yoto » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yoto on android.
