Sounds like a great deal,BUT they do not care about their customers, they care about the $. First movie rental was great, 2nd movie was lagging and picture quality was bad-I was not able to watch the whole movie. I contacted them and they refused to refund me the $5.00. Had they refunded me I would of continued to use them and give them another chance, but if your more concerned about the $5.00 then in the long run a long standing customer well then good luck because your not going to get far. People read reviews and they also tell others about their experiences. They said that there was steps that I could have done to fix the problem, but I did try to fix it before I requested a refund. I rented from Prime, redbox and numerous other movie rental apps and if I ever had problems they always refunded me without question! I finally got my money back after multiple complaints to PayPal and Roku!
