Registration / Bad Service
I’ve tried to complete my registration by verifying through the webID. It’s been 5 days now and each day I’ve been waiting in the line for an average of 3 hours per day. Even when it says my queue number is 0 and I’m next in line I’ve waited for another 1-2hours and nothing happened. I’ve also tried to call their hotline but they just turned off their answering machine due to a high amount of registrants. I’m a paying customer and am definitely not investing anything here anymore. Bad service.

Gerade hat Trade Republic den Kauf von GameStop AMC entertainment BLackBerry Nokia usw. gestoppt, aber der Verkauf darf erfolgen! Damit wird aktiv versucht den Anstieg der Aktienkurse zu verhindern, der Abstieg zu Gunsten der Hedgefonds mit Leerverkäufen wird unterstützt!

App doesn’t work! Unreliable!
App says that registration is complete but then doesn’t work. Customer service can’t help you either and is pretty bad. Frustrated with their app. Using a different depot now!

Aplicación muy confusa de usar. No da recomendaciones ni te ayuda en el proceso de inversión.
Creo que no trae ninguna novedad comparada con otras apps de trading.
Tuve que depositar 50 euros y me dieron 10….cuando decían que dan una acción de 50 euros.
Una estafa.
No recomendada.

No es posible aceptar tu solicitud de apertura de una cuenta de valores.
No puedo facilitarte más detalles al respecto, agradezco tu comprensión e interés mostrado.
Ahorrate el tiempo y ve a una plataforma que si te permiten operar como etoro.

Habe mich versucht anzumelden, aber meine Telefonnummer wird nicht angenommen. Als Deutscher mit einer US Telefonnummer ist die App nicht zu benutzen. Sehr schade, werd dann wohl weiter Robinhood nutzen.

There is no means of contacting any suport service or help, no email and no option works on the "contact us" option, just blank screen. No way to contact. No support.
