1 year agoRegistration is impossible. I keep getting a authentication error on my mobile device. On laptop I get stuck on personal data. I can't get to the next page. Frustrating because Traderepublic has my personal data.

Registration / Bad Service
I’ve tried to complete my registration by verifying through the webID. It’s been 5 days now and each day I’ve been waiting in the line for an average of 3 hours per day. Even when it says my queue number is 0 and I’m next in line I’ve waited for another 1-2hours and nothing happened. I’ve also tried to call their hotline but they just turned off their answering machine due to a high amount of registrants. I’m a paying customer and am definitely not investing anything here anymore. Bad service.

Gerade hat Trade Republic den Kauf von GameStop AMC entertainment BLackBerry Nokia usw. gestoppt, aber der Verkauf darf erfolgen! Damit wird aktiv versucht den Anstieg der Aktienkurse zu verhindern, der Abstieg zu Gunsten der Hedgefonds mit Leerverkäufen wird unterstützt! Wie nennt man sowas??? Was soll man dann von dieser Plattform halten? Kann man dieser Plattform wirklich sein Geld anvertrauen? Just Trade Republic has stopped the purchase of GameStop AMC entertainment BLackBerry Nokia etc., but the sale may take place! This is actively trying to prevent the rise in stock prices, the descent in favor of hedge funds with short selling is supported! What do you call something like that??? What is one to hold then from this platform? Can one really entrust his money to this platform?

App doesn’t work! Unreliable!
App says that registration is complete but then doesn’t work. Customer service can’t help you either and is pretty bad. Frustrated with their app. Using a different depot now!
