It is impossible for me to log in. I’ve created my account. Changed my password, twice, but will not let me in to “verify my credentials “? That’s as far as I can go! How can I get a timely response from you? You’ve responded one time to me with info that was “not pertaining “ to my question! So frustrating cause it took you a week to respond to me with an answer that DID NOT HELP!
Hi I put my 1st deposit £258.99last night for xlm then another £54.99 for lumens to activate my lobstr/stellar account but no funds or cyrpto showing in wallet. Can someone please help. My contact is 07496219667
I'm in the same boat. I opened a new Lobstr account and received an email to verify email. That all went fine. I then funded my account and spent hours purchasing unopened and opened assets. I went to log back into my account and it said I needed to verify IP via email. I never received an email to verify. I contacted tech support. The tech support team helped me to get a temporary verify email. It allowed me to access my account. I made some recommended fixes and tried to get back into my Lobstr account. Failed again and no verify email was sent. Tech support appears to no longer be available for Lobstr and now I have assets and XLM stuck in a wallet. If anyone knows how to transfer assets, both opened and unopened along with XLM from that account to a new account I would greatly appreciate the support. I love the Lobstr wallet. It seems to all work great until this problem came along.

have lost access to my wallet over 3 months ago, because sombody accessed my account and changes 2 fa . Lobstr support dont care about helping my to recover access, you have to wait very long time for them to respond and if they do respod, their message is generic without details, asking for the same information that was previously provided, which gives me idea that they dont even read messages. so if you want your money stolen by the lobstr app then go ahead and invest with their app, but be prepared to loose your money.Im very, very disappointed with this customer service, or should i say lack of customer service. I REGRET BIG TIME USING THIS WALLET FOR MY PURCHASES.
Applied to open a Lobstr wallet account. I'm supposed to receive a verification email but have not received it. Can you resend it?

I created an account. I was supposed to receive a email to confirm my account. I never got the email. I reached out to App support by email and they said the problem was on my end. They said they would resend the email so I could verify my account. I never got it. Funny that my email on my end reached them, their reply (by email) reached me, but I never received that email link to verify my account. They insist the problem is on my end. Obviously my email has confirmed that it is legit since we have had a conversation(by email) regarding my not being able to use my account because the email isn’t verified! Their response: create another account with another email address! Very poor customer service. I don’t need another email address. I need someone to do their job. Obviously there is a “glitch” somewhere. I will not recommend this app to anyone.

Once you put or exchange your currency to the XLM you can’t cash out or even transfer to another app. Fraudulent company and they don’t respond. You can’t use it with any other wallet or exchange only on their app. Can’t even take out the funds to buy gas at the store. Biggest rip off is this app. Try withdrawing and see it can’t come out and be used outside their app. once you put it in.
They only respond by email auto response and never actually respond to you.
They only respond on here to make it look as they are so they can get more people to rob. And they don’t care. They want you to delete so they can steal your money.

Impossible to get your money back. They only trade pump and dumps. Actually found a crypto called “christian crypto currency” on their listings. You can transfer from one lobstr account to another, but you can’t deposit the money back into your bank account or transfer to other wallets. Network is shoddy(just search lobstr outages). Luckily I only dropped $50 into this stupid thing. Was down 50% as of today, but I can’t cash out the remaining balance. I made the loss up with other coinbase investments during the same period. Don’t fall for this pump and dump group. They will eat your money and there is no coming back.
