The app is spinning and trying to start, stuck on “discounts” and no option except to close the app. I deleted it and reloaded it and still non progress from the spinning circle.

I paid to upload my drivers liscense and took the course now the app won’t load at all !

What's going on? Last week there was only one Scoobi available on the entire map. Now the app would not even load. Are you bailing out? What can I expect next? Please let me know

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Scoobi app issues:

Force Stop the Scoobi App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Scoobi app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Scoobi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Scoobi App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Scoobi app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Scoobi.

Fix Scoobi unable to contact server/ Scoobi internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Scoobi » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Scoobi » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
