The app is spinning and trying to start, stuck on “discounts” and no option except to close the app. I deleted it and reloaded it and still non progress from the spinning circle.

How to fix Scoobi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Scoobi app on iPhone
Update Scoobi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Scoobi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Scoobi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Scoobi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Scoobi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Scoobi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Scoobi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Scoobi » click [Force Stop]

Update Scoobi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Scoobi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Scoobi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Scoobi.

Fix Scoobi unable to contact server/ Scoobi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Scoobi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Scoobi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Scoobi
