Scoobi is Pennsylvania's first electric scooter rideshare! We have 100 scooters located all around Pittsburgh that reach a top speed of 30 mph and are all road legal.
You may go wherever you want in Pittsburgh on roads 35 mph and under, just make sure you complete your ride in our approved parking zone or in a Scoobi charging station.
Use the mobile app to locate a nearby Scoobi and click reserve, or if you're in front of a Scoobi, you can scan the QR code to start riding immediately.

Ride a this app whenever you please - 7 days a week, 5 AM to midnight. Use the mobile app to locate a nearby this app and click reserve, or if you're in front of a this app, scan the QR code to start riding immediately. You may go wherever you want in Pittsburgh on roads 35 mph and under, just make sure you complete your ride in our approved parking zone or in a this app charging station. No motorcycle license needed, two different sized helmets are included. You must be 18 years or older and have a valid US driver's license. Totally worth it
Yeah they charge to sign up but the experience and convenience is totally worth it. I hate having to find parking again once already out and these beauts perfectly solve the problem

I haven’t had any issues with this app at all and have loved my time on this app! Great user experience digitally, and the bikes are sturdy and fun to ride. Highly recommend!!
