My latest problem (certainly not my only one with ebtEDGE) is that it shows as a blank white screen then notifies me to update to the new version, so I tap to update and it sends me to ebtEDGE Store, but there’s nowh... Show more ere that will allow me to update. It just sends me in circles. I frequently have to delete then re-download ebtEDGE because of all the faults. I just downloaded ebtEDGE again and I’m fairly certain the new version should have been automatic. I can’t use it until I update, but it won’t let me update.

So I’ve had ebtEDGE for nearly a month now and it’s just recently been having a problem for me. Face ID works but then it just has that spinning circle saying it’s loading yet it never does. Show more rare for me to even use ebtEDGE since it’s much quicker to actually turn on my PC and wait for it to come on and then go on the EBT website to just see transactions and such. Yes I can just text that number “BAL/MINI” and get the info but I’d rather see the more in depth info like when it’ll be posted/available and more since the basic info given in the text is blatantly confusing when you’ve never had an EBT card before. Like I said in the title it’s not user friendly well it’s even worse for those who are new to EBT cards and it makes the whole system look trash when they can’t even make a decent app. Now that it never loads I just log onto access and find the info much faster! If you have a card get ebtEDGE only if you’re ready to see the 50/50 chance of you even being able to get on!

I’ve used ebtEDGE for a while. I have my log in information saved in my phone. I also use Face ID to log in. There has been several times where Face ID won’t log my in. I’m having issues logging in yet again and don’t have another email address to use for ebtEDGE. I do not want to keep creating new email addresses just bc ebtEDGE will not allow me to log into my account using Face ID or my saved password information.

They couldn’t have made ebtEDGE worse if they tried. I opted to delete ebtEDGE and go through the totally frustrating process of calling the number on my EBT card to get my balance. Billions of dollars of Apple development have gone into preventing that happening, and ebtEDGE is so bad it has managed to still break my phone. Worthless. ebtEDGE doesn’t work on an iPhone X. I cannot proceed with even signing in, because the screen does not work on my phone, and there’s nothing wrong with my phone... ebtEDGE isn’t/wasn’t well thought out. They make everything more difficult than it needs to be, and I’m never going to be able to get beyond it being sterile. If that’s not enough, then having to sign in every time you want to check your balance, should be enough. They’ve made this much more difficult than it ever needed to be.

I have been through all of the required steps to register both P-EBT cards for my kids including setting a pin. I called 211 and was given a number for operations but all I can do is leave a voicemail asking for help!! ebtEDGE is terrible. And don’t get me started on the website. I can’t see transaction history or my balance on ebtEDGE , I don’t even have an help option. The website is slow and hard to navigate. I click on the information link and it takes me nowhere just a blank page. The customer service number is terrible too, I can’t speak to a representative if I need to and they don’t have a lot of options if you need help with something. My app looks nothing like the picture displayed and I’m disappointed whoever made ebtEDGE and the website need to be fired and then the company needs to fix it and stop being cheap!

First, signing in is a task in itself. It doesn’t let iOS store the log in info so I had to manually do it, and it requires a log in every single time ebtEDGE is opened. It does not save the session if swapping between apps regardless of the amount of time. Recovering your password is a joke, just... Show more do it on the desktop.

Second, it’s slow and there’s popups for live chat assistance that constantly drop down over the top menu bar so you have to clear the live chat notification every few seconds to open the settings bar.

Third, the settings are non-existent. It just lets you sign out. Which is just done by existing ebtEDGE anyways.

Fourth, it forgets my EBT account about once a week. Conveniently while I’m checking the balance while at the store most of the time because I’m paranoid I won’t have enough at checkout and my memory is terrible so I can’t remember it very well unless I’ve checked it over and over and over and over.

For being an app for a food fund for poor and disabled folks, it’s not very user friendly. It needs to be nuked into orbit and redone as an app with saved login credentials and no popups. Allowing FaceID would be a major plus. Adding my EBT card to my Wallet would be a dream. For now though, I’d just like an app that works at least half the time.

I have 5 accounts - 1 is our family card, but we got one for each of the four kids for pEBT. Most of the time, only some of the accounts load. It’s absolutely unacceptable when the basic function of ebtEDGE is not functional. It is updated and my phone has the latest iOS.

Before this long spat of not being able to see my balances, I would have given it three stars for the poor design, clunky navigation and marginal functionality but now it’s basically worthless since it’s not working at all, and not just for me.

Show more e security and surveillance apparatuses often make these pop-up on your screen and get full device access if you click them. This is why I always check the Appstore first to make sure an actual update is available as ebtEDGE is claiming. In this case, the Appstore says there's no update and just has an option to open ebtEDGE since it's already installed and up to date. Because of this, I will now uninstall ebtEDGE and no longer trust it since it's clearly trying to gain unwarranted access to my phone, is defective, or infected by hackers.

So I’ve been an Oregon EBT Cardholder for almost a year or two and have been using ebtEDGE for a half a year now and just today it’s saying there’s a “new version” of ebtEDGE but it’s saying I’m either up to date or it’s only giving me the option to open the this app app rather than update it so... Please fix this or actually get into contact with those people directly. It would be highly appreciated. I hope something effective can be done for the sake of the people that really rely on this card for basic human sustenance which should not ever be a luxury. ebtEDGE provides you with less information than you can get by calling the number on your food benefit card, or accessing your case information on the regular DHHS website the same as you’ve always done . ebtEDGE is just a worthless pretend APP made by developers that basically did next to nothin... I can see a future of ebtEDGE being a disaster of misinformation, or no information at all, leaving people scrambling to find information about their benefits in another way, and being directed back to the same APP that rarely has you benefits correctly listed.

According to recent reviews apparently I’m the only one for whom ebtEDGE still can provide snap info.
It’s not very usable anymore though because it requires a new login with user ID and password with each use now, previously it would retain that info and I didn’t have to constantly sign in ove... Show more r and over, that makes the ebtEDGE far less useful than it used to be.
Just use the other major EBT app EBT Fresh, they have gotten their act together and are great now.
Too bad the developers of the this app app have apparently abandoned ebtEDGE and those that depended on it,

I doesn’t load anymore. It attempts to log but I get a loading circle and after seconds of waiting it says error loading. Anytime it does load it prompts me to add a new card. Its hit and miss. All stars have to align perfectly in order to open ebtEDGE and view your balance, transactions and future incoming funds. A miniscule issue I’d mention is; If you use iOS and save your passwords, this gets saved under “fisglobal” instead of anything you’d imagine it would save under. So it took me forever to locate my own login info, which it requires you to have every time you open ebtEDGE .

I read the reviews before downloading ebtEDGE, and a couple made me think it wasn’t going to be easy to use or would have some compatibility issues with my tech, but that was not the case! Honestly ebtEDGE was by far the simplest app I think I’ve ever used, I also chose it because of its smaller ... Show more size compared to the larger comparable app that I was looking at (ebtt fresh or something) ebtEDGE is a bit smaller & therefore will take up less room on my device (iPad Air), & I’m always needing more space! So I downloaded it, opened ebtEDGE , & on the first page it asked for the number on my card, & second page asked for my pin, & that was it! After two steps I already had all my info in front of me & was done! It gives you the option to stay logged in if you want to keep your info open, or logout when you’re done for anyone who prefers to keep their balances & transaction history private, it’s that SUPER simple! GREAT ease-of-use and was all I needed to get my balances anytime anywhere without having to call and suffer through the automated system hearing my words or numbers wrong. I highly recommend ebtEDGE!

I just got my EBT card so I downloaded ebtEDGE to setup my pin and check my balance. Everything worked perfectly and I’m happy with it. It is a bit sparse but this just makes it easier to use because you don’t have to worry about dozens of tabs and buttons. Lets you change your pin, check your bal... Show more ance, and shows all the stores in your town that take the card. Most of the bad reviews are over a year old and I think they have updated it since this time. Give it a shot if you want to manage your EBT card!

ebtEDGE is amazing it deserves 5 stars IMO i was using a different app that took forever to load if and when it did and ebtEDGE is super fast i can check my balance without having to wait. This is the more ridiculous thing I have ever seen in an app. It took me months to even get past the long in point. And I had to use my laptop instead of my phone. It worked fine when we first got it. Then the update. Now we have to enter the card # ALL THE TIME. And when we forgot her log in info, you can’t see the questions. I use tons of banking and secure apps, and this is the only one that doesn’t work at all. Whatever happened with ebtEDGE it needs an update, every time I go to login it rejects my password. When I try to change my password it won’t take my old one that I know is correct. But it doesn’t remember your account, it keeps dropping my login from my saved passwords, the face recognition only works about 1/4 of the time and almost never when I really need to access my balance quickly, and it’s retrieve user ID feature requires you to put in your used ID. It works and does what it should but it’s got one extremely irritating flaw. What is the point in having FaceID if every week or so you have to add the login information back into it? That’s the point in having FaceID so you can quickly login without having to add that information. As it stands now... I had a few issues with ebtEDGE in the last month but happy to report its better than ever! I love the facial recognition on my iPhone 10. The job listing is a great addition for people in search of a new job

I was excited to learn about the EBT Edge mobile app. I installed it immediately. A number of operations can be performed within ebtEDGE . I can even access it via biometric identification. It is simple and easy to understand and extremely convenient. Thank you for creating ebtEDGE!

There were a few bumps and frustrations registering last week, but tried again this week and works wonderful. I have both SNAP and WIC cards and it’s so nice to only log in once to see both.

This is a scam. In order to activate an EBT card, called the number on the back of the EBT card that was sent to a refugee family that I assist. I could not connect to anyone that could activate the card. Instead, on repeated attempts, I was subject to a phony recording intended to sound like a r... Show more eal agent that proceeded to get the caller to sign up for some unneeded medical device, for which ebtEdge would presumably bill Medicaid. When I went to their website, one cannot activate a card, but is compelled to sign up to the Edge site, presumably to be bombarded with more scams. By going to the actual government website for my state, the correct phone number for activation was available and the activation was completed simply in a few minutes. The average poor American would have felt compelled to sign up for the scam device, and may or may not have gotten their card activated. Definite, total scam on phone and on line. They should be reported for Medicaid fraud.

I recently tried logging in to the ebtEDGE.com Cardholder portal and was denied for either password or username issues. Problems getting into your Food Stamp/EBT account are supposed to go to "ebtEDGE.Cardholder.portal@redacted" and I have tried over and over with NO RESPONSE. This isn't the first... Last month I finally, (somehow!), received aid from FIS Global for the same issue – i.e., new password, new username - but this month, once again, the site won't accept any of my login information. I tried (1) my latest of each, (2) my previous of each, (3) older username and newest password, (4) newest username and older password, Nothing has worked to satisfy whatever the algorithm is looking for. And yes, I also tried asking it to unlock the account and then tried the combinations again. WHAT DO I DO WHEN THE PRIVATE ORGANIZATION THAT IS (1) BEING (OVER-)PAID TO MAINTAIN THE SITE AND (2) SUPPOSED TO AID CARDHOLDERS WITH THESE ISSUES IGNORES REQUESTS FOR HELP? HOW CAN I GET HOLD OF A HUMAN AT FIS GLOBAL TO HELP ME?! I’ve tried contacting them through their own website. Those messages have also been ignored.

EBT EDGE SOFTWARE is a complete failure. It takes days to login. Support just says be patient and try later. Why is Washington State paying for inferior programs? There has to be a program available that actually works!

Cant get in to acct info

It is a TOTAL pathetic application and website. Glitches repeatedly with logging in and no information provided about cards and balance. The government should not even be connected up to this website. SAFETY RISK, FRAUD ALERT, PERSONAL INFO, PRIVACY all thumbs down.

The school put in the wrong address and has to call the main line SNAP line while someone d else was claiming my children because the school did t update the new address

The website doesn't load the login accounts, and the app doesn't work.
