Ethos has no accessibility considerations for people without sight! The gender page requires that one select a picture, althouth there are text labels for “male” “female” and “nonbinary”, tapping the text label does nothing. I was told by an Apple accessibility Specialist that their are pictures associated with these choices, and, possibly they are the selection? If so, that is unusable for people without sight!I cannot get past this page, as there are no text labeled buttons.
Why would your developer(s) assume that only people with sight need to have wills? Producing heirs doesn’t require sight! Owning posessions, including real estate does not require sight! Inclusion is a right; and app developers MUST utilize the tools provided within the operating system, IOS, in designing apps that do not exclude, discriminate, people on the basis of whether they have working eyes! VoiceOver is included in all Apple products, and developers can easily design their apps so that those who are sight-dependent, as well as those without sight, can seamlessly use them. This is very upsetting to me, as your app was recommended by a well-respected source, and I need to write a will! Intentional or indifferent exclusion is unacceptable for today’s, or “tomorrow” applications!
