[Solved] Unable to load pickup time, items in cart are missing

Keep saying oops something went wrong I've tried everything .I'm very upset and frustrated
I have tried to order online for 3 days and when I get to the payment part, I get a message that says Payment Failed. I called curbside in Lindale, TX and they told me to try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. I am getting the same error and have used 3 different cards that all are valid
I try to login but the app tells me that my username and password are wrong. when I click on the reset password and complete the information , i am told that an email was sent to my email with a reset code but i never get an email.
Give me an error message when trying to login.
Upon helping my mom and aunt with their app frustrations, something IS wrong with the app. It constantly says to update but there is no new version at the play store. Are we only ones having an Android issue?
I am trying order on line from the Brookshires in Red Oak Texas. Every item is currently unavailable. I know sometimes they may be out of a product, but not every item in the store.
The app has not worked since last Thursday. I live in Arkadelphia Ar. When you open it up its just a white screen with a blue border at the top. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but that did not fix it.
