Lefun Health Status

I recently bought vital Health Ring and Lefun Health app doesnt find the device.

When searching for device says it cannot find it

Is not able to find smart ring when searching for it

Hello , 1) The SMS alert is on but the watch does not receive the SMS message and Emoji. 2) The Telegram message alert is on but the watch does not receive the Telegram message , Call and Emoji ( there isn't any icon of the Telegram in the watch) . 3) The Remote Camera works but there isn't any setting of the Camera in the watch and there is no view of photo or picture shows on the screen of the watch . The watch receives the normal Call , WhatsApp call and WhatsApp message. Thanks , Mehran .

I'm getting an error when I try to download the app. It says there's a problem with a previous family member's purchase and to ask the family organizer to update their payment information. But I'm not part of a family, so that doesn't make sense. I have a screenshot of the error if needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My app went down on Saturday morning . It hasn't connected since . It's trying to connect but all it does is it keeps flashing

After update app won't bind with my watch. My device doesn't show up in the search. It searches for a moment then goes back to search for devices

I keep getting an unconnected message. It still counts my steps, but it isn't holding onto the data, and now it buzzes every single time I get a text on my phone, which is very annoying and needs to stop. Help.

For No access to my data due to a block because of user agreement and privacy policy. Don't see any place to Agree. Just change your device font size to the smallest one, then relaunch the app and you will be able to accept
