Well have had this watch and app for about two days and I am totally frustrated! Getting it to sinc was a pain. The directions that came with the watch are so small in print one had better have a magnifying glass handy. Hate that. The watch constantly drops from LefunHealth and only way I have found to connect the two is to turn my phone completely off and back on again. Go out of range of phone and boom your unconnected. I don’t have my phone with me ALL the time so totally worthless. Doubt the step counter is correct either!! So as one reviewer said .... ya get what ya pay for... yereeech!

I find this “smart bracelet” to be nothing but wasted money. I have every function that I don’t need turned off, yet I have to charge it every less than 24 hours. The charger design is poor because a minor bump causes the charger to become disconnected. The instructions are sorely lacking in information. This watch is supposed to alert 30 minutes prior to you having a heart attack? Or at least that is what it was advertised for. How? Once again no info. It won’t check blood pressure or pulse rate even though it has those functions. I have another watch that does everything this one is supposed to do and it works great and is also waterproof! I know the symptoms of a heart attack. I don’t need a stupid watch that doesn’t work. Please tell me who to contact for refund!

I received this watch as a gift and I was incredibly excited and grateful, as I have multiple chronic debilitating health conditions that require close monitoring of blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation and to monitor overall sleep patterns(or lack there-of). However, I have consistently found that the product is continuously out of range and exceeds sometimes more than 10-20+ points out of range, and I am certain due to the fact I am monitored at multiple specialist physician offices! Now to give it the benefit of the doubt, I tried flipping the watch to the inside of my wrist to see if the radial vein or artery would give a better reading, but that didn’t work either; instead it left me with spotted welts which leads me to believe the product is using laser or infrared technology to monitor at unsafe levels. So it begs the question, is this device safe? What type of sensor is being used to monitor bodily functions? And is this typical for your product, or do I just have a defective product?

Function of this device is poorly set up and developed. Shows temperature but doesn’t function. Sleep function doesn’t work at times. Battery dies without warning. No battery status available. Personal settings may change themselves. It changed to female from male at times. It changes to 24 hr clock at times.
Oxygen levels on watch device but not on desktop page when downloaded.
To sync with the watch even when the watch shows connection you must turn off the watch wait a few seconds then turn on for the data to update. If LeFun actually fixed the bugs of this device it may be a good health watch. If a fix isn’t developed I expect to shop for a better operating health watch. You must be very patient and try everything to get downloaded info to sync.

I woke out of a dead sleep due to extreme pain on my arm. When I woke up I noticed my arm was glowing green. For whatever reason my watch decided to burn and blister my wrist. I immediately took off the watch and realized the sensor light was staying illuminated and extremely hot. Initially I wasn’t a big fan of this watch after discovering that the sleep tracker didn’t work properly, Nor does the sports tracker. If you start to track an activity on the watch or the actual app, neither one will sync with the other. So there is no way to see the stats of your watch unless you take a picture of the screen before stopping the actual activity. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised based on the price I paid. But the two I purchased as gifts will most definitely be going back to the store!

What a headache. I am so sorry I bought two more watches as gifts for friends before checking it myself. Been working for two days on the synchronization unsuccessfully until now. The connection succeeded but the date and time were wrong and I found no way to update them. But functions were working, I could take blood pressure and heartbeat. But when I went to sleep with it. It took a very long time to fall asleep because if some fine electrical vibrations from the phone. By morning nothing was recorded. I booted out four or five times, reinstalled and reconnected. It has become more and more difficult to reconnect even though every log was cleared. Instructions are insufficient, no assistance available, no sellers to contact no customer service. This is the worse purchase I have ever done!

I like the fact that it monitors my blood pressure, heart rate and pulse oxygen, but that is where it stops. After each day of looking at the steps I have accumulated, LefunHealth erases them, leaving me to not have a track of my activity. It also vibrates entirely too much, and the leaflet gives no resolution to this annoying feature. This tracker also doesn’t come with clear explanations outside of a how-to-connect in a few steps. Trying to like but, this will not last long for me.

Bought the watch (buy one get one) waited a few months for them to come and I put them together before I realized how to charge them and broke one trying to get the band back off. The second one was good but then when I was having trouble with my WiFi connection I shut it off because it buzzed every 5 seconds and then couldn’t turn it back on. It flashes hello but won’t turn on and I have yet to figure out how to get any assistance. It worked for 2 days and I have spent more than that trying to get it to turn on. Any assistance would be appreciated

After an hour or more of frustration I finally was successful in connecting the wristband to my wife’s phone. I removed any pairing in IOS that I had created in earlier attempts. Then in the Lefun Health app on the Health screen I went to the settings screen via the three horizontal bars list icon in top left. The next step was the key to success for me. I changed the display on the wristband to the one after the calories display. It looks like a magnifying glass and old mobile phone (search for phone?). With that displayed I returned to LefunHealth screen and selected Search device at the bottom of the list. The connection was almost instantaneous. I was then able to see the wristband info, save personal data and synch the device with app.
It would have been helpful if the instruction sheet had included a picture of the proper display prior to the search process.

LefunHealth has potential, but many things need to be addressed.
1) The manual mentions calibration, but nothing explains what or how this is done
2) It writes the same data multiple times into the Health app. It does this at every synch. It does not know it has already loaded at an earlier synch. The entries should be hashed and check before reloading them. This falsely increases the total steps and distance
3) Are the Health app and wristband recording the same steps and falsely increasing steps and distance? LefunHealth is of no use if you must never where the wristband when you carry your phone. LefunHealth must know when it should not record the same data
4) How do we report these to the developer?

Was initially frustrated trying to connect, but after reading some sync advice reviews I have a great connection. (iPhone 7 plus). The pedometer is working great, but the sleep portion only seemed to work one night (Jan 25) and each night after that it only records around 45 minutes. Also it only records sleep between 10pm thru 8am, not conducive to shift workers. Does not monitor heart rate and blood pressure which is in LefunHealth , but this watch does not seem capable of monitoring these as it is not listed on the box. I do get notifications when a text message or call comes through and has been helpful as I am not always next to my phone. I have not tried the selfie remote. Product is just okay, you get what you pay for!

The product is good. I had no problems syncing it to my phone. The problem is it not in English. That’s window the pops up on the screen. And I have to update my profile every day instead the one time when I set up the watch. Otherwise, the watch Lefun keeps track of my calories, walking distance, it reminds me to drink fluids, oxygen levels. Pulse, blood pressure which I’m not sure how accurate it is. This doesn’t allow you to take calls but it will signal you when you receive calls. You don’t receive text messages sorry guys.

I love my watch. I love the simplicity of it and also the options it does have. BUT it is not consistent, it will work and connect just fine for hours then BOOM i have to take it off because it won’t stop connecting and Un-connecting to my phone it will continuously buzz on my wrist. LefunHealth also seems to kind of freeze up a little while it is doing this? Not for long just like it takes me multiple touches for something to work (I click the settings and it doesn’t pick up my click I have to click it a couple times) just wish LefunHealth would be a little updated. I’d buy these for everyone I know if it was!!!! Thanks!! Hope this helps❤️❤️

Lots of functions very neat, especially for price. Doesn’t break up my days though it will keep adding my steps onto the next day and will not reset/save my steps for that day. Ex. I’m going on day 3 of it adding my steps together and the past 2 days it says I have zero steps, it is 10:20 AM at the moment and says I have 28,794 steps & have already went 11.0 miles (in which I haven’t). I’ve tried to turn it off and back on and reconnect it a couple times. It’s not resetting.

I love the watch, it does so much, but it’s missing so much more. I’m using an English version and wanting temperature in Fahrenheit instead of Celsius? And I wish it would remember that I am using a 12 hour mode. It continually reverts back to 24 hour mode! I would like to see the face time stay on another second longer. It currently stays on only 3 seconds! That’s pretty quick if you’re trying to see your steps, time of day, temperature, and any other information your are set up for. Also it says I can use my own pictures for the face? But that hasn’t happened each time I try it just goes to the next watch face?

As other reviews noted, I had difficulty connecting the watch to my iPhone. I called the tech support team and they solved the problem quickly. The key is not to connect or pair the watch through your phone’s Bluetooth. Make sure your Bluetooth is not connect, then go to LefunHealth , select main menu bars in upper left corner of app, select connect to search. Device will show up, select and pair. Now they are connected and the watch can send data to LefunHealth for tracking. Hope this helps others. I gave 4 stars because direction including are not helpful at all.

It works and it accurately records all your data, though sometimes it will be a little off, but that has only happened once for me. Pairing my fitness tracker was quick and easy although it often would connect and disconnect. For some odd reason the words were written in Chinese but a quick restart was all it needed to be up and running again, and it hasn’t happened since. Overall this is a great and informative app for recording your healthy life!

I have been using LefunHealth for about a year now, and it is during something for people that most apps don’t do, that is, checking heart rate and blood pressure. I suggest that the nest up date be in other languages as well. I’m thinking American English. Maybe this will help blood pressure and heart rate to be more accurate for your customers that live in the U. S.. pleas consider this to satisfy all your customers. I believe you will receive more customers than you have now. A little more work and you will reap the benefits.

I bought this smart watch on Wish for about $4, while yes, the instructions didn’t specify how to charge it, I was able to find the information by a quick Google search. I’ve only had the watch for a day and I’ve really enjoyed it! I’ve been able to tailor it to my liking (changing it over to British standard so everything is in lbs etc). For $4 I would say just getting the message and alerts is well worth it, plus being able to turn my wrist and see the time is nice (which of course you can do with any watch but hey, even some standard watches are more than $4) but would I have purchased it for a higher price? Probably not. I haven’t found anything wrong with it yet, but if I end up having trouble, I’ll definitely edit my review! But I figured I’d write one while everything is going well to give LefunHealth a fair shot. It’s pretty cool!

Hello, I need help. I received and set up my watch last night from my I Phone. It all set up and was working fine. My granddaughter accidentally delayed LefunHealth from phone this morning. I reinstalled LefunHealth on phone but now it won’t connect to watch it just keeps searching. It says not connected to present. BT is turned on and says connect to Lefun. Am I doing something wrong, please help. Thank You.

Followed the directions without success. Watch shows Bluetooth icon. I-phone Bluetooth settings reflects device connected via Bluetooth. (Disconnected all other Bluetooth pairings, too.) However, when I go to LefunHealth to sync information and manually update information every listing shows unconnected. When I attempt to utilize the and search listing then the search listing does absolutely nothing but search without ceasing. I am unable to manually update information or sync information. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

I was able to pair my watch, no problem, but it seems to be hyper sensitive and tracks every small movement I make (picking something up for example). I counted out 75 steps and LefunHealth had counted nearly 200. Several other features don’t work. Find my phone only works when LefunHealth is open, which seems to defeat the purpose. Messages didn’t seem to sync either. Those settings weren’t what I got it for, but added frustration as nothing seemed to work properly. In sum, you get what you pay for - it would be great if it were even somewhat accurate.

Like many of you, I had a difficult time setting up the phone to device connection. After five minutes or so, I rebooted Bluetooth on my phone and rebooted the watch. That did the trick! This may sound silly but, make sure you don’t have the watch on when you’re going through the set up process.

Thankfully, I found the conversion to ft/lb option in the personal info functions.

Fingers crossed! Let’s see how this works! I will try to update soon.

Like other users I had difficulty connecting the watch to LefunHealth , but after reading a review from someone explaining how to do it, I finally got it right. Now it’s working perfectly and it’s actually a great product altogether, especially considering the low price you pay for it! Highly recommend!
