I am unable to sign into the app and the website. I keep getting a message that says "credentials invalid." I am using the correct credentials. I was able to sign into the website up until 10/17/22 and now I can no longer sign in to check my schedule. I installed the app and that also does not work. I am unable to check my schedule. Please fix this!

Workforce Tools is not opening on my Android phone. Orange screen appeared, but app appeared to be hung. I uninstalled and reinstalled app, but when I clicked "open", it now shows a white screen with a spinning orange circle.

Keep getting page expired. The page you are trying to access is no longer available. I have iPhone xr, 15.6.1. workforce version 2.6.1. The app works on my iPad with the same settings. I have no problem logging in to my Workforce app. The problem I’m having is that each time I close the app, when I return to open the app, it makes me LOG IN the entire process each time. I am not “logging out”, simply closing the app and it does this. Each time I want to Open the Workforce app to check my schedule or clock in or out of work, I have to go through the “entire”process to logon again. Please give me a remedy. Thanks
- Calendar format is a little clunky
- Seems to be written for desktop viewing
- Choppy week view an missing two week view or two month view
- Request days off should have a day through option
- Login are not consistent
- Will not keep me logged in
- Need to type in store number, user id and password then wait for it to load
