UKG Ready mobile app won't proceed past the green screen with logo. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, force stopped and cleared data and cache then reinstalled again. Only let's me use it every time I install.

I am currently having a problem with the ukg workforce app. The issue that when I click on the app, it won't let me log in. It asks me for a server url and server nickname. Always says either can't connect to server or wrong username and password even after reseting it with my company when it was never wrong in the first place. App is a complete joke if you actually want to be at work on time or know your hours whatsoever. Every coworker dealing with the same thing please do something about this.
