I am currently having a problem with the ukg workforce app. The issue that when I click on the app, it won't let me log in. It asks me for a server url and server nickname. Below it, it says Proceed, Demo; how can this issue be solved? I need to be able to access my work schedule. Thanks!

Always says either can't connect to server or wrong username and password even after reseting it with my company when it was never wrong in the first place. App is a complete joke if you actually want to be at work on time or know your hours whatsoever. Every coworker dealing with the same thing please do something about this.

Every other day or 2 the app refuses to load. I have to uninstall, use the company’s short name and put in my info. I have cleared history and cache. New apple phone. Any ideas!!!
