Any time I try searching within an open Otter transcript file the program crashes. This just started happening a month or two ago. Are you aware of this problem and do you have plans to fix it? Peter

Hello, every time I open Otter.ai on Google Chrome, it acts as though the page is not responding and gets very lagging, and unable to transcribe the calls. I would love to understand why this happens and combat it.

Each time I go to open the app, it says it cannot connect to the server.

I am trying to open Otter to use it like I always do and it automatically closes about a second later after I tap the icon on my phone screen.

Force Stop the Otter App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Otter app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Otter to the latest version on PlayStore

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Otter app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Otter.
