Today, I was very disappointed with the selection that I had for meatless choices. Normally, I would get the fish sandwich but I am having fish tonight so wanted something different. You didn’t have the shrimp and grits like you did last year. That was delicious and I got that many times during the Lent season. I also thought egg salad would’ve been a good choice but you didn’t have that either. I ended up with a cup of clam chowder, a tossed salad since I couldn’t get just the salad bar and onion rings. Those were all good but not quite what I was looking for. Your server was very nice and patient as I made my selection but she didn’t have any suggestions because there wasn’t much to tell me.

I’m new to the Frisch’s app and downloaded and I tried over and over to scan and to manually put my receipt in and the scanner continued to say “Error” and Manually it says “Error”!!! I’m going to hold on to my receipt and continue to try but this is disappointing that it will not allow me to get my new points!

This is a terrible app! Added points and only put 4 on it when it should have put 24 on and did it again when it said it scanned 26 points and nothing showed up at all. Tried to use a free sandwich that was given to me because of the problem I had the first time and it wouldn’t work. The lady claimed that I opted out of something, which I did not, and it was sending something to a different email, not mine. She said it was because I signed up through Apple and that I needed to unsign up and sign up a different way. Too much trouble! Apps should be user friendly not frustrating!

FrischsBigBoy works great, I was able to scan my receipt easily. I tried to give my phone number at the drive-thru when I placed the order, but they told me no one knew what it was.

The ironic part is I found out about the rewards program looking at the sticker next to the ordering speaker at this very Frisch's. LOL!

Short staffed like everyone else, help wanted sign on door, like everywhere else. However, the gals that were working did a great job keeping things going. Food was yummy!

Used to be one of my favorites Not the Frisch’s of the past. It used to be one of my favorites as a kid, then as an adult. The quality of the food has gone way down. Never get the fish anymore. Had a Brawny Lad tonight that was so thin it kept crumbling and falling off the bun. The onions on the sandwich were thicker than the beef patty. And the bun, as always lately, was smooshed down. I wish we could have the Frisch’s of the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s back.

App STILL doesn’t work right! If you save your credit card, there is NO PLACE in FrischsBigBoy to update your credit card if/when it is expired. Only after it is rejected can you update it. Then any coupons/offers you’ve used when it was declined are GONE. Since Frisch’s was taken private by NRD Partners, there has been a very noticeable decline in quality and value. So sad. I look for them to go the way of ChiChi’s Mexican Restaurant where you will only be able to buy their products in a grocery store.

What have you done to your
wonderful vegetable soup. It taste terrible and now has a hot spicy taste that burns my tongue. The texture is also different. The broth is now very thick like the consistency of a stew. I have consumed your vegetable soup for years and have never experienced this issue before. Bring back your traditional vegetable soup !!!!
Also you need to teach your cashiers how to redeem your rewards. I have tried to use my rewards at the Bellevue Ky store and the staff is clueless !!!!

Service was good since there were only two servers they did excellent and we were here from 1130 till 1230 somehow you guys need to get some workers in but the food was hot servers were great

Location at Fields Ertel road has 2 super servers, both are ladies. Manager not driving cooks. Steps in in kitchen when it seems the cooks just step back. Not good. Young lady doing bussing does what she wants instead of what is needed. I could go on. We have been loyal for years but it may be time to move on.

The big boy in kings mills is great, with kind, courteous, and helpful service and good food!
They once gave me a burger when another location messed up my order! Good people!

Weird app. Shows my rewards, I used a reward and kept the points and even gained more points? But I had to argue an item I ordered being on the reward... when the reward lists the sandwich. And FrischsBigBoy shows you can mobile order, but it after sighing back into FrischsBigBoy the order screen doesnt load. Fix the bugs

We always enjoy Frisch’s. Wish they still had the curbside dining. Would work perfectly in these COVID times.

Went to get cheese for my eggs, they were out- I mentioned this to a server and she nastily said “that’s not my job”!! Restaurant was not clean- more than 75% of tables had not been cleared off- prices keep going up and service going downhill BIG TIME

Been going to Frischs longer than most people have been alive. The Big Boy Platter at Frischs Frankfort, KY was one of the best ever and the server Paul M was great and professional.

My husband and I received excellent service this evening from Jessica W. at our Georgetown KY restaurant!!! She was very nice and attentive. She delivered our food promptly!

We were here with my grandparents, and all my grandpa wanted was a bowl of chili with crackers, this location didn’t have saltines or oyster crackers, and he was sad he tried croutons with it, but wasn’t impressed.
My cousin got mashed potatoes and gravy and she said the gravy tasted like plastic, otherwise my grandmas dish sandwich was good and my super cheesy-bacon burger was good.

Frisch’s always gets it right. My favorite family restaurant.

You can’t add À la cart items which make FrischsBigBoy useless for me

I was able to submit an order, but it is a really clunky app. It seems to be web-based rather than an app that stands on its own. I had no trouble having FrischsBigBoy locate the closest store (FrischsBigBoy will prompt you to enable location services and that worked great). It was a very confusing layout where it appears you have to create an account in the beginning but you don’t have to use it. It was also slow/buggy when creating your order. A couple of positives are that there is a convenient way to order through door dash and there is a nice clean receipt screen that you can screenshot for reference when you get to the restaurant. But, overall I expected more from a brand like Frisch’s. Look to Papa John’s for the way a restaurant app should function.

You make it so complicated to even try to sign up and order. This whole process was so irritating I’m just deleting FrischsBigBoy and will never try to use it again. The amount of steps you want people to take is ridiculous and not worth the hassle. I’d rather go to McDonalds or Burger King at this point
