Good day, On 11/4/23 I visited the location @ 3920 South Hamilton Road Groveport, Ohio 43125. The service was good, the waitress was friendly, however at checkout I had an incident with the staff. I downloaded the app to receive a free dessert for my 9-year-old granddaughter who was with me. I must not have completed the full discharge process. as the cashier explained I attempted to show her the app on my phone however in a rude manner she stated I did not do it right, the manager came up (Chris) and asked what was the problem I explained the above then went further to discuss the staff's behavior the young lady became loud and stated I wasn't listening I responded that was not accurate and I did not appreciate her tone my this time my granddaughter has stepped behind I assure her everything will be okay. The manager takes the dessert off my bill however never apologies for the lack of customer service. I explain to the manager that cashier was rude and loud, I further explained that in today's climate mangers have to take more than usually due to not having enough bodies to fill position the manger blew me off and stated I " I am not going to talk about my staff with you." I gathered my change and voiced my concern over the unprofessionalism of both the manager and staff. My 9-year-old grandchild selected the restaurant over Bob Evans, Wendey's and McDonalds once in car she turned to me and said Nanna we should not come here again. I believe the manager and cashier need a lesson on respect and good customer service. Feeling disappointed.

Long time customer from the 50,s.We dicided to order at 5.13pm on 9/19/23.in Eaton Ohio. We ordered 2Cheese burgers with tomato and onion,And 2 orders of onion rings.We were going to really enjoy our meal.Did NOT happen both burgers were not over 1/4 inch thick/mine was totally burned on one edge. The onion rings were over cooked had breading with dried onion. We did not return and complain we were about 2 mile from Frischs that would mean 4 miles in traffic.If this what we can expect this will be our last timeat Frischs

I updated to new app and tried to update my password, as was requested. Keeps coming back telling me I have no account! I do, with over 600 points! Where are they? Very upsetting.

Terrible App

This is a terrible app! Added points and only put 4 on it when it should have put 24 on and did it again when it said it scanned 26 points and nothing showed up at all. Tried to use a free sandwich that was given to me because of the problem I had the first time and it wouldn’t work. The lady claimed that I opted out of something, which I did not, and it was sending something to a different email, not mine. She said it was because I signed up through Apple and that I needed to unsign up and sign up a different way. Too much trouble! Apps should be user friendly not frustrating! David A Schaefer

Totally useless app

App STILL doesn’t work right! If you save your credit card, there is NO PLACE in the app to update your credit card if/when it is expired. Only after it is rejected can you update it. Then any coupons/offers you’ve used when it was declined are GONE. Since Frisch’s was taken private by NRD Partners, there has been a very noticeable decline in quality and value. So sad. I look for them to go the way of ChiChi’s Mexican Restaurant where you will only be able to buy their products in a grocery store.

Terrible vegetable soup

What have you done to your wonderful vegetable soup. It taste terrible and now has a hot spicy taste that burns my tongue. The texture is also different. The broth is now very thick like the consistency of a stew. I have consumed your vegetable soup for years and have never experienced this issue before. Bring back your traditional vegetable soup !!!! Also you need to teach your cashiers how to redeem your rewards. I have tried to use my rewards at the Bellevue Ky store and the staff is clueless !!!!
