Frisch's Big Boy Status

When trying to register. I have completed all questions. When I get to the password to register. It tells me this mobile phone is in use

Trying to get into the app and it keeps telling me that the host is unreachable. Nothing but trouble since the app was updated. And now you can't even verify that your not a robot.

I am unable to scan receipt to get points. It just shows my account number.

Can't scan points Submitted receipt and after 3 days still no points

App scanning feature not working. Submitted uploaded picture thru Frisch’s.com and points were never added

When I try to log in, it says guest doesn't exist I got a lot of points on my account, can someone please let me know what is going on

I haven’t been able to log in since I downloaded the new app a few weeks ago. My password doesn’t work. If I say I forgot my password, it says that the user doesn’t exist. If I try to create a new account, it says my email already exists. What’s up? I lost a lot of points.

Can't scan. Have been 3 times and haven't earned any points. Is this your easy of not giving anything away??? If so why don't you just turn off app???

Scan function on app to earn points doesn't work. When I touch it my loyalty number comes up. This has just happened since the app update. Old one had a earn button and you could then scan bar code on your receipt.

New app won’t let me scan.

Updated the app and now I can not scan receipts nor enter the number on the receipt. At least the old app would let me enter the number from the receipt.

No longer able to input receipts into my account. Up until the last 2-3 weeks, I could input numbers under the bar code but now there doesn't seem to be any way to do that. I have 6 receipts since 6/20 that I have been unable to input into my account. Thank you for your help.
