Summary of Frisch's Big Boy Problems 🔥

-The scanner kept saying "Error" when trying to scan the receipt.

-The manual entry also said "Error".

-The app added points but only put 4 on it when it should have put 24 on.

-The app did it again when it said it scanned 26 points and nothing showed up at all.

-The app wouldn't work with a free sandwich that was given to me.

-The lady claimed that I opted out of something, which I did not.

-The app was sending something to a different email, not mine.

-If you save your credit card, there is NO PLACE in the app to update your credit card if/when it is expired.

-Any coupons/offers you’ve used when it was declined are GONE.

-Since Frisch’s was taken private by NRD Partners, there has been a very noticeable decline in quality and value.

I haven’t been able to log in since I downloaded the new app a few weeks ago. My password doesn’t work. If I say I forgot my password, it says that the user doesn’t exist. If I try to create a new account, it says my email already exists. What’s up? I lost a lot of points.

Can't scan. Have been 3 times and haven't earned any points. Is this your easy of not giving anything away??? If so why don't you just turn off app???

Scan function on app to earn points doesn't work. When I touch it my loyalty number comes up. This has just happened since the app update. Old one had a earn button and you could then scan bar code on your receipt.

Updated the app and now I can not scan receipts nor enter the number on the receipt. At least the old app would let me enter the number from the receipt.

No longer able to input receipts into my account. Up until the last 2-3 weeks, I could input numbers under the bar code but now there doesn't seem to be any way to do that. I have 6 receipts since 6/20 that I have been unable to input into my account. Thank you for your help.

Update Frisch's Big Boy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Frisch's Big Boy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Frisch's Big Boy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Frisch's Big Boy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Frisch's Big Boy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Frisch's Big Boy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Frisch's Big Boy » click [Force Stop]

Update Frisch's Big Boy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Frisch's Big Boy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Frisch's Big Boy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Frisch's Big Boy.

Fix Frisch's Big Boy unable to contact server/ Frisch's Big Boy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Frisch's Big Boy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Frisch's Big Boy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Frisch's Big Boy
