First, thank you for the special on the yearly membership. It was greatly appreciated and I wanted to jump on it. I really like your products, and recommend them, and give 5 stars, but I was upset that I was being charged shipping to renew the membership because there was a free gift enclosed, which basically negated the savings. So I added a product I am close to needing a refill for, but was still charged shipping, because the membership did not count toward the total. So I ordered a product from the Counterman because it is being discontinued., finally reaching the amount needed to cover shipping. So for $6.95 I almost said forget it all together. I understand you need to cover costs, but maybe consider lowering the shipping costs to a lower minimum, or run specials that reduce or eliminate shipping. It is the little things that make us happy.
