Beautycounter: Clean Beauty Reviews

Still not easy to find things.
Have to search all over to find specific things I need and I’m looking for.
My team dashboard and personal BV, QV, PV is not always up to date... for weeks!!
I just think if this app is going to have an App after 7 years you should be able to do, find, and have all things updated at this juncture.
When will tech support be available via Beautycounter ? Ie. Messenger

Beautycounter is glitchy and often shuts down when I’m trying to load a new page or tool. I’ve also noticed many times that (both on the website and Beautycounter ) when I go to order something, the thumbnail picture displayed doesn’t match the product. For instance, I was recently ordering samples of Countertime Supreme Cream and it kept displaying a photo of the Counterstart Cococream Cleanser. It would also be really helpful if merchandise had descriptions that were specific to the materials, sizing, care instructions, etc. I’ve had to return a lot of merchandise because there were no descriptions and when I received them in the mail they didn’t fit or the object was so small that I couldn’t even read the BC logo. And some merchandise is even missing photos .

Beautycounter is great. I love the simple colors of black and the descriptions. However I tried to chat with a consultant and I could never find the chat box on Beautycounter . I even tried on the website and the chat box was no where to be found in the low right hand corner. I wish I could have talked to someone but just decided to order instead of email them.

First, thank you for the special on the yearly membership. It was greatly appreciated and I wanted to jump on it. I really like your products, and recommend them, and give 5 stars, but I was upset that I was being charged shipping to renew the membership because there was a free gift enclosed, which basically negated the savings. So I added a product I am close to needing a refill for, but was still charged shipping, because the membership did not count toward the total. So I ordered a product from the Counterman because it is being discontinued., finally reaching the amount needed to cover shipping. So for $6.95 I almost said forget it all together. I understand you need to cover costs, but maybe consider lowering the shipping costs to a lower minimum, or run specials that reduce or eliminate shipping. It is the little things that make us happy.
Respectfully, a customer who likes your products and your mission.

After watching a great presentation by Gwen Cavenaugh and Lindsey Meadows I was convinced that I found the regimen that I have been looking for, not only do the products adhere to my cruelty free requirement but offer such a safe and variety of products!
After trying the samples and how they
feel on my skin, I have become a customer.

Really seamless interface.
Found the product I needed faster than I do on the computer. Looked and compared products.
Was able to order my favorite products in 5 minutes flat!

Bonus it’s all clean and makes my skin amazingly soft and flawless!

I have always been a soap and water kinda girl and no makeup. I was introduced to this app about a year ago and have fallen in love! I occasionally will wear a little makeup now and then, but I like to keep it simple and that is exactly what this app does. The cleansing regimens are just as simple. I have had so many comments on how my skin glows! Thank you this app!

I started using this app products last year on the advice of a friend. I’m in my mid 60’s and have always just picked up a product here or there from the drug store! Not a good way to treat your skin! I now wish I had found your products years ago. My skin is glowing, my eyes appear brighter and my face just looks fresher. Thank you, devoted fan.

I really like using Beautycounter compared to the website. Quite user friendly. One recommendation is that glitches in shopping cart be fixed. I had an item that was in the cart, every time I tried to click on the quantity or try to delete the item, Beautycounter would crash. Otherwise great app.

Beautycounter is very handy and easy to use. As I say in the title of this post, it’s much quicker than having to wait for a page to reload on the website.

The learn page with videos and how-tps is very helpful, and I hope they continue to put up more and more videos for each item in the collection. Makeup tutorials using their products, and how-tos with skincare lines (like the video of Gregg using her CounterTime Set). Now I haven’t spent extensive time there, so maybe there are more videos than I’m aware of.

Also, having reviews is essential. I love reading through each and every review for user experiences. This is extremely helpful when trying to figure out what to buy, and what might work best for my skin.

If I might make a suggestion- it would be awesome to have a forum where BC users can ask each other and answer questions about specific BC products. Or even to comment/ask questions after customer reviews, and allow the customers to respond. (Like a comments section on a website)

App is great- I’m glad I downloaded it. Much easier to use than the site! So thanks! 😃

I have had acne since I turned 16. I’ve tried everything you can think of to treat it. Proactive, move sensitive soap, not wearing makeup, going to the dermatologist getting medicine to take and nothing seemed to work for me! My friend Since elementary school, Larymi, started selling beauty counter and I decided to give it a try since she bragged on it and it has changed my life! I’m hooked. It smells soooo good and a small amount dissolves my make-up and leaves my akin feeling so amazing. I use Retin-A and occasionally my skin feels irritated if I overdo it; I use the Lotus Glow as a mask and it really calms my skin. Love, love, love! Just purchased my 3rd. I started out with the special edition, which is a little larger than the standard, and it lasted 3 months, using it as a cleanser and a mask. I’m really pleased. Going to try the Countermatch Recovery Sleeping Cream next.

I’m over 60 and have had very dry skin my whole life. Consistent use of the Countertime regimen has fully removed 5 of 7 of my dry patches. Vitamin C Boost fades my age spots quickly. Finally skin care I can trust that’s a lot cheaper than seeing a Dermatologist. Thank you BC. Keep up the good work. Melting Body Balm is the only thing that keeps my body skin moist for more than 24 hours. I like how easy it is to order. BC was my Christmas gift.

My skin is feeling amazing & love natural derivatives being used on my extremely sensitive skin!! :) I’m a nurse and have to wear a mask all day at work. My skin was breaking out and feeling so irritated... :(

I’m absolutely in love with all the products I’ve bought. Not because they feel great but they actually work like they say. Have you ever ordered a product and it said that it will do this and you pay top dollar And really they didn’t work? I have, how disappointing and a waste of money. But with this app products you pay and you actually see results and it’s AMAZING

I am very disappointed that the #2 oil was discontinued but have ordered a supply which I hope will take care of my needs until a new product is introduced!
I would like to also at this time send my compliments to my consultant, Emily Voss.
Emily has been a great consultant and “helper” over the years and I would just like to recognize her for that! In a world where Customer Service has lost much of its meaning I am glad to say Emily still remembers what it does mean.

Loving BC products!! Started with a lip gloss, then moved to face and hair care. Slowly replacing makeup and other products and happy with every purchase thus far. My ultimate fave: lip conditioners. I keep one at my bedside and one at my vanity. Apply before bed and after tooth brushing. My lips are soft and supple. Other products I hardly notice as they don’t feel oily, clumpy or otherwise heavy. My face is much happier and clear, as is my hair (the daily shampoo and conditioner are also in my top faves!) Highly recommend everyone try something and see for yourself how clean these products are :)

I started using these products when my consultant introduced me to them. I absolutely love them. They are wonderful. My skin looks so much younger. I am a skin careaholic. I have purchased some of the most expensive products and was never really satisfied with the results. After I started using Beauty Counter products,I put my other products away. I have gotten so many complements on my skin. I am 57 years old and people think I am in my 30’s or 40’s. I have a 35 year old daughter. I was turned onto these amazing products by a fellow real estate agent in my office. She gave me a few samples and I was INSTANTLY addicted!! You will notice a difference in your complexion within only a week of using these phenomenal products. I have oily, combination skin but I’m 33 so I really need the ant aging benefits mixed in, and I have found that these products are safe and effective to use for acne prone skin while also providing an anti aging benefit!
