Had a credit of $10 on the old app- entered all of my info and then it said to download the new app which I did and only got a $5 credit and then had to add all of my contact details again and then when I finally placed my order it said it would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes to get CleanJuice figured out so with the wait time it’s 40 min total- ugh

Since getting the new app, my orders have taken way longer than CleanJuice has told me and orders have been wrong on multiple occasions. I never had this issue with the old Clean Juice app and have been a customer for a long while. Today’s order was to be ready at 11:04am and it’s still not ready at nearly 11:30am. I ordered it at 10:44. Something is wrong with the technology. It seems the stores are not receiving orders in a timely fashion and are not getting all of the details.

I have an existing account with Clean Juice and each time I try to log in with my email or with Google or Apple, the only option to continue is “Register” instead of “Login”. It’s pretty frustrating because I’m unable to login because I “already have an existing account” which of course I know. Clearly it’s a bug, and needs to be fixed so I can continue to do mobile orders and receive points.

CleanJuice looks great, but it doesn’t work very well. I’ve had orders not go through to the store, you can order (and pay for) items the store doesn’t have in stock. It always provides a wait time of 20 min - which is never accurate. Apps should make ordering easier. This makes it worse. I guess it’s a nice online menu?

I initially set up my account in store with phone number only. App requires email to log in. Added my email and tried to set up my account but keep getting error message that account with my phone number is already set up. No way for me to log in except for using a different phone number.

CleanJuice works real well for ordering juice ahead of time, but there isn’t a way to disable the ads they served via a push notification. Last time I checked this is against App Store policy and really annoying. Looks like I’ll just have to completely disable all notifications from CleanJuice instead.

I have been a long-time customer of Clean Juice, but CleanJuice has always been a problem. Some items that are on the menu will not show up. Half the time the seasonal menu is not added to CleanJuice . And I will be trying to place an order and CleanJuice will shut off in the middle of me doing so.I would say it’s probably not the most user-friendly app out there, but it gets the job done.

App is easy, no problems!
Unfortunately store doesn’t have it ready anymore when you arrive. They wait until you arrive and then put your order inline with others in the store. No reason to use app. Store advertised $5 reward towards pruchase if you downloaded this new app. Did not receive.

After I confirm my location, the menu momentarily shows and then CleanJuice crashes. I’ve tried and uninstall and reinstall. iPhone 11.

This is an awesome app and it makes ordering from one of my favorite places so easy!! It is very easy to customize your order and make changes to items. Also very easy to select menu items. Love that it saves your previous order as I have my favorites and typically order the same thing again!

Clean juice is such a blessing to our family. We have a child with celiac‘s which means no gluten allowed in her diet. Clean juice offers healthy and gluten free options for her and the entire family. We love it there.

The mobile ordering through CleanJuice was seamless, I also loved that I was offered a $5.00 off promo since I registered my information. I have heard nothing but good things about this place through various members of my church, as many have used clean juice as a source in providing 100% Clean juice options during our 22 & 40 day semi-absolute time of fasting. I am excited to try this out for myself today! The mobile app alone has me very excited about trying all the other wonderful options they offer here.

Love getting a protein smoothie here! So easy to order on CleanJuice and I’ve already had $5 off twice thanks to rewards! It’s fabulous being able to order a good drink that is organic and everything is fully good for my pregnant body!! Love this place!!!

I travel a lot and it’s hard to find healthy food, within my diet. I came across Clean Juice while I’m here in NC, this will be my second time ordering from there. I love ❤️ it the food is fresh, healthy, vegan, and it’s my number one choice. I wish there was a Clean Juice where I live.

Clean Juice Heights is such a great go-to. Their smoothies and food are consistently delicious, service is friendly and helpful. Order online or through CleanJuice to get your items more quickly or if you have time to linger hang out in the shop. Great natural light and free wi-if. I love the Longevity One smoothie and have enjoyed some of their bites as well.

It would be nice to see the store open earlier. The hours on the door say 8am. A few times my husband and I both have come early to find the store not open yet. Just a suggestion :)
