First, thank you for the special on the yearly membership. It was greatly appreciated and I wanted to jump on it. I really like your products, and recommend them, and give 5 stars, but I was upset that I was being charged shipping to renew the membership because there was a free gift enclosed, which basically negated the savings. So I added a product I am close to needing a refill for, but was still charged shipping, because the membership did not count toward the total. So I ordered a product from the Counterman because it is being discontinued., finally reaching the amount needed to cover shipping. So for $6.95 I almost said forget it all together. I understand you need to cover costs, but maybe consider lowering the shipping costs to a lower minimum, or run specials that reduce or eliminate shipping. It is the little things that make us happy.

This app is glitchy and often shuts down when I’m trying to load a new page or tool. I’ve also noticed many times that (both on the website and the app) when I go to order something, the thumbnail picture displayed doesn’t match the product. For instance, I was recently ordering samples of Countertime Supreme Cream and it kept displaying a photo of the Counterstart Cococream Cleanser. It would also be really helpful if merchandise had descriptions that were specific to the materials, sizing, care instructions, etc. I’ve had to return a lot of merchandise because there were no descriptions and when I received them in the mail they didn’t fit or the object was so small that I couldn’t even read the BC logo. And some merchandise is even missing photos .

Still not easy to find things.
Have to search all over to find specific things I need and I’m looking for.
My team dashboard and personal BV, QV, PV is not always up to date... for weeks!!
I just think if Beautycounter is going to have an App after 7 years you should be able to do, find, and have all things updated at this juncture.
When will tech support be available via the app? Ie. Messenger
