My iPhone 11 Pro screen goes black while riding, so I have to remember to touch it from time to time. That's no problem during summer, but in winter when wearing think gloves, it's a pain.
How do I clear history from my Rise app? I have many rides saved going back some years, so deleting them individually is a timeconsuming pain. How do I do a bulk delete? Clearing data in the Ride app settings will delete ALL my data.....logins, account data etc. I only wish to delete saved rides. Regards...........Dave
App is processing my ride for the last 24 hours and showing it
Hi, I have app loaded on a pixel 4a and recently the tracking function has ceased to work. The app will track my ride and transmit for ~10 - 20 minutes and then stops & so anyone who is trying to follow my route & also (more importantly) if I have an incident and they need to come find me, then they will not be able to since there's no location information being transmitted to them. Typically, as soon as I'm back from my ride, the phone screen is all normal & the stats for the ride look to be correct in terms of distance, elevation, time etc. Somewhere 12 - 24hrs after the ride has been completed, then my emergency contacts get a notification to say 'ride completed'. I've tried the various battery settings as recommended, but that does not seem to make any difference. I think 4 - 5 weeks ago, the app required me to re-login & hence I assume there has been an update, that seems to be when this issue started since the unit worked correctly prior to that.
