Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Cosmo Ride app issues:

Force Stop the Cosmo Ride App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Cosmo Ride app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Cosmo Ride to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cosmo Ride App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Cosmo Ride app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Cosmo Ride.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Cosmo Ride » "Force Stop".

Again, got Cosmo Ride » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
