Hi I have recently downloaded the E-Tube ride app and based on this I purchased the Quad Lock system for £97. I was able to connect my wireless unit (Bike) also my heart rate monitor and power meter. Sadly it does not work, it crashes. When you reopen after crashing the app it gives you the option to discard or continue, selecting either of these two options results in the same thing, It crashes again. I am using iPhone 14 with latest software 16.4.1, Please Please Please can you help. Kind Regards
E-tube ride locks up if screen is touched when answering a phone call or looking at another app. If you try to restart, it will not start tracking your ride again, so you have to discard ride progress and completely restart. I am using a iPhone 12 with latest ios
