Bike GPS app has been working fine until today. Recently upgraded to iOS 15.5--don't know if it's related to that--and today the app screen appears frozen. The start button doesn't work , neither do setting or menu icons. Restarted my iPhone SE (2nd Gen) but that didn't fix problem. Reinstalled and it appeared to be working briefly but then same problems again.

How to fix Bike GPS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bike GPS app on iPhone
Update Bike GPS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bike GPS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bike GPS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bike GPS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bike GPS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bike GPS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bike GPS App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bike GPS » click [Force Stop]

Update Bike GPS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bike GPS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bike GPS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bike GPS.

Fix Bike GPS unable to contact server/ Bike GPS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bike GPS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bike GPS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bike GPS
