First vHealthWorldwide did not work at all. It said it was not available where I was, which is not true. A week later I can get on vHealthWorldwide after back and forth through email...and I set up an appointment and wait by my phone. My phone never rang. But vHealthWorldwide says my appt was cancelled. When I try to hit the reschedule button on app it does not work. My only choice is to call the help number and I have been sitting on hold forever. There is no way to message through vHealthWorldwide . This is a really bad experience.

It just says session expired, with no option to type credentials

This is a critical tool to connect to doctors when they are not available locally. We have used in the past without issue, but last night when a serious medical issue came up vHealthWorldwide wouldn’t load on either my iPhone XR or my wife’s iPhone 12 mini. I tried everything I could think of but finally downloaded the Android version on an older device and it worked as expected. Unacceptable for this sort of app. Thankfully we were able to connect to the doctor on the Android.

App ask me for my access code to register but doesn’t tell me what it is or where to find it. I tried the number on my insurance card but that didn’t work.

vHealthWorldwide won’t even allow you to register

This application is consistently poor.

It doesn’t always give you a calendar to be able to schedule your consult for the future, rather sometimes it only gives you the ability to schedule a conference with in the next two hours or a doctor call back when available.

After a phone consultation, an email is sent that often says “the doctors notes are available within vHealthWorldwide .” However, there is no indication where such notes can be retrieved, or where they might be available.

There is no place to ask for follow-up information, or questions you might’ve thought of after the fact. This application is only good for “scheduling” a phone consultation or video consultation with a physician, but does not always allow you to choose when or how that consultation takes place.

This is a very limited app, and therefore, is horrible.

Unable to login after resetting password. Technical support team is of no help.

Always goes back to login screen, clearly programmed by mindless monkeys. Should stick to clearing the pharmacy floor instead of pretending to be “programmers”.

vHealthWorldwide crashes, so the medical note I was issued by the physician to be excused from work is worthless.

vHealthWorldwide sits at the splash screen with their logo and doesn’t load. Entirely useless.

App always crashes after I have filled everything out on all of my apple devices.

Very disappointing and frustrating to go through the long process to book a video appointment only to have vHealthWorldwide crash. This happened repeatedly. vHealthWorldwide seems to be useless.

First use. Scheduled a 2pm consultation. Just as I was entering waiting room, received a message that Dr cancelled because had tried to reach me three times. This was 1:58 pm, and first attempt was apparently 1:55pm. Really? With a Dr like that I am sure the consultation would have been rushed and a waste of time anyway.

I can’t open vHealthWorldwide . On their website the virtual assistant can’t help at all. And the customer service phone number to call says it’s not connected at this time. How in the world are we supposed to reach this service? Frustrating.
We had used this before and it worked well.
So now it’s double frustrating.

Cannot believe how worthless this service was. I used Teledoc when I lived in the US and was wonderful. This is the opposite experience. Very frustrating to have bothered with it at all.

vHealthWorldwide works but no physician attended my scheduled appointment. I waited for twenty minutes, and then I was booted out of the waiting room. Rating of 1 star given.

Edited: Around 30 minutes after my appointment time, I was seen by a polite, professional doctor. Changed rating to four stars.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. vHealthWorldwide works great. I scheduled an appointment with photo attachments and there was a nice doctor on the other end at the right time. App worked perfectly.
