Needed a fit to fly COVID test. Lab’s booking site (DAM Health) insisted HealthPassportWorldwide is essential, for which personal info such as your passport # is required. Not true! Not only is it unnecessary, test results and vaccination status are not listed at all. Useless and intrusive.

Not actually required by the testing center. Requires a lot if superfluous information: address, phone number, email, passport, birthday, AND a profile photo of my face. Why? To sell?

In France, you need a 3D barcode to scan going into bars and pubs. I thought this would do it but their 3D barcode is not recognised so the verification from HealthPassportWorldwide is not accepted in France. So a bit of a time waster for me.

HealthPassportWorldwide does not play well with Nord VPN. It would not accept any login info, but when I turned off my VPN software - voila!

Useless. Download it, try to open it and all that appears is an error message. Then a 'Select Language' message appears - on an otherwise blank screen. Who wrote the app - Matt Hancock?

Open - or try to open - the app after downloading, and it comes up with an error message. Press 'OK' to acknowledge it and you get presented with a 'Select Language' Option. Only trouble is... otherwise, it's a blank screen. About as useful as the covid jab.

I cannot get the Health Passport Worldwide app to open - when activated it fills the screen for less than a second and then disappears. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have an iPhone 6 with iOs 12. I'm getting my PCR test tomorrow to travel to Kenya on Wednesday. What do I do?

After downloading the app and filling all the information, at the moment of uploading the photo it stopped working when I chose to upload an existing photo. It shows the "Loading..." message and nothing happens. I cannot go back or forward and I am not able to fix it. I have to travel to the UK next Wednesday and it mandatory to use this app to receive the PCR test result. I don't know how to fix this problem. I would be grateful if anyone could help with that.

Downloaded app to iPhone and husbands phone will not open ones up and closes straightaway put on iPad working fine Plenty of memory and both OS 12 on both phones

I’ve downloaded the App but when I try to open it, the icon fills the page… but then reverts to the small icon on my screen… within less than a minute. My phone is iPhone 6… is this the problem? Thanks

Used app to do pre departure test to travel to USA. Got to airport 2 days later and couldn’t log in. Said my password was wrong and then didn’t send me a code to reset. Had to pay for another test at the airport. Absolutely stressful nightmare - DO NOT USE

I sent details and evidence of my South African vaccine certificate to be uploaded on to my Health Passport Worldwide App. A Month later and countless emails later, I still haven't had a change in status on the App. I finally got a response to my emails yesterday; they are busy etc etc. This doesn't help me when I'm due to travel overseas tomorrow. This App is a complete waste of time.

I have a health passport issued in SA in which my photo and 2 vaccines have been up loaded and I have been issued a reference number and QR code. I. visited France and tried using the health passport when eating at restaurants but the QR code could not be scanned. Why is that? Is the SA health passport not compatibile in Europe?

I am working, and was, in SA for my 2 doses of Pfizer vaccines. I donwloaded your app and submit all the documents. I am now in Belgium and have received the notation and the QR code. I hear that a further step is required: a health provider should enter my documents into the app and indicate that s/he was the one which deliver the vaccins! But these health providers were for me in Joburg Discovery. Does this mean that I could ask Discovery to fill this over the net if I supply them with all my documents and codes?
