Terrible

First the app did not work at all. It said it was not available where I was, which is not true. A week later I can get on the app after back and forth through email...and I set up an appointment and wait by my phone. My phone never rang. But the app says my appt was cancelled. When I try to hit the reschedule button on app it does not work. My only choice is to call the help number and I have been sitting on hold forever. There is no way to message through the app. This is a really bad experience.

App won’t even open!

I can’t open the app. On their website the virtual assistant can’t help at all. And the customer service phone number to call says it’s not connected at this time. How in the world are we supposed to reach this service? Frustrating. We had used this before and it worked well. So now it’s double frustrating.

Dr canceled two minutes before scheduled time

First use. Scheduled a 2pm consultation. Just as I was entering waiting room, received a message that Dr cancelled because had tried to reach me three times. This was 1:58 pm, and first attempt was apparently 1:55pm. Really? With a Dr like that I am sure the consultation would have been rushed and a waste of time anyway.
